托福口語(yǔ)模板task3

1、“The school has implemented a new policy that ... due to ... . And the man/woman holds a positive/negative view towards the announcement.

The first reason s/he gives is that ... . And the second one is based on the fact that ... .”

2、From the reading material, we know that (the college) is going to ...

Obviously, the man/woman in the conversation thinks that this is a great/bad idea, due to the following reasons..

One reason is that……. Another is,…….

(萬(wàn)一有時(shí)間)So that's all the reasons s/he has to form that opinion. (盡量記,聽(tīng)為主)

3、The man/woman’s opinion about STH is that…….

(選擇方案型:聽(tīng)選擇的原因。1.Firstly, the man/woman states that…….2.And then he/she states that…….)

(提出建議型:聽(tīng)建議的利弊。1.Firstly, the man/woman talks about the positive aspect of this issue. He/she states that…….2.On the other hand, the man/man also talks about the negative aspect of this question. He/she points out that…….)

4、閱讀引用部分的模版

(1) In the readingmaterial,

(2) There is a/anannouncement/message/notice/proposal about ****(填入記下的關(guān)鍵詞)

(3) The university/college is going to****(稍稍展開(kāi)下)

聽(tīng)力中人物表達(dá)觀點(diǎn)的模版:

理由展開(kāi)部分的模版:

怎么答托??谡Z(yǔ)Task3

Task3閱讀的體裁分為兩種:校園計(jì)劃公告(plan/announcement), 或?qū)W生提議信件(proposal/letter)。不論是哪種體裁,定位關(guān)鍵詞的方法都一樣,即關(guān)注標(biāo)題中或文章前兩句中的實(shí)意動(dòng)詞。 動(dòng)詞的意義可以歸納為三大類(lèi):廢、立、改。

【廢】

即廢除、縮短、減少、關(guān)閉…等。

出現(xiàn)頻率較高的”廢除類(lèi)”動(dòng)詞有:close, eliminate, discontinue, cancel, remove, shut down, reduce, shorten, decrease….

需要注意的是:還有一類(lèi)特殊的”不再”類(lèi):no more / no longer

做筆記的時(shí)候,該類(lèi)動(dòng)詞可簡(jiǎn)化為:“-”或“x”

【立】

即設(shè)立、增加、延長(zhǎng)、開(kāi)放…等。

出現(xiàn)頻率較高的”增加類(lèi)”動(dòng)詞有:add, provide, offer, start, begin, improve, increase, purchase, acquire, run, build, set up…

做筆記的時(shí)候,該類(lèi)動(dòng)詞可簡(jiǎn)化為:“+”

【改】

即改變、改進(jìn)、裝修、取代…等。

出現(xiàn)頻率較高的”改變類(lèi)”動(dòng)詞及相匹配的介詞,有: change…to…, transform…into, switch… to…, move…to…, replace … with …, exchange … for …, substitute… with…

做筆記的時(shí)候,該類(lèi)動(dòng)詞所有可簡(jiǎn)化為:“→”

TPO具體舉例說(shuō)明:

1. 看標(biāo)題關(guān)鍵詞:

如TPO 24,標(biāo)題為:Close the Campus Coffee House.

如TPO 27,標(biāo)題為:Switch to Electronic Textbooks.

2. 看文章開(kāi)頭前兩句:

如TPO 29, 第二句話:I think the university should remove these bikes from the racks….

如TPO 41,第二句話:The university has decided to provide these commuter students with a special lounge…*

* 文中的decide, plan, consider, think為題干動(dòng)詞,與主旨無(wú)關(guān),故無(wú)需記錄。

校園公告的主題可使用: Something will be done的句型。

舉例說(shuō)明:

TPO 27: Switch to Electronic Textbooks

The university will begin switching from traditional-bound textbooks to electronic textbooks early next year. University students will be able to download the content of their required textbooks to a reading device and read the material directly from the device’s screen. While the cost of the device is around $200, it is a one-time expense. Considering the rising cost of textbooks, students will save money in the long run since purchasing electronic books for their classes is much less expensive than buying regular textbooks

原文中的劃線部分信息可以套用公告類(lèi)模板,轉(zhuǎn)而復(fù)述成:Traditional-bound textbooks will be switched to electronic textbooks by the university early next year.

學(xué)生信件的主題可使用: A student suggests that something should be done by the university 的模板。

舉例說(shuō)明:

TPO 24: Close the Campus Coffee house

I propose that the university close the campus coffeehouse. Coffeehouses are great, if people actually use them, like to socialize with friends, while enjoying a cup of coffee and a snack. But students are not using our campus coffeehouse. There are usually lots of empty tables when I pass by the place.

原文中的劃線部分信息可以套用信件類(lèi)模板,轉(zhuǎn)而復(fù)述成:A student suggests that the campus coffeehouse should be closed by the university.

另外,考生還需關(guān)注通知或信件中的兩個(gè)分論點(diǎn)。一般情況下我們會(huì)看到校方或?qū)W生給出的兩個(gè)理由(或目的 / 好處),這類(lèi)短文結(jié)構(gòu)很工整,大家在短文中圈出also, besides, plus, and, in addition, additionally等詞,就可以對(duì)其一前一后兩個(gè)理由進(jìn)行定位,比如:可以特別留意to之后的動(dòng)詞 (want to…; in order to…; aim to…;alow…to…等),情態(tài)動(dòng)詞can之后的動(dòng)詞等。在總結(jié)時(shí),這類(lèi)情況我們直接用because引出兩個(gè)理由或好處即可。
