Chinese old people generally have a healthy lifestyle.
It is quite common to see groups of ladies dancing in the parks together.There are also exercise machines in the parks that anyone can use although it is usually old people that use them.They also have a healthy diet of vegetables and whole grains.Take a break.

Take a deep breath and allow myself a moment not to think about the work or study.
Have a drink,alcohol takes away all the things that bother you.
When dealing with pressure and stress,I take a moment to prioritize what I have going on.Pressure to perform well is a good kind of pressure as long as I do not allow it to become negative stress.I prioritize what is truly most important and focus on getting that done and done well.

I would like to do bungee jumping，paragliding，underwater walk and white water rafting,but I know these activities can only be done in special places.
Thus,today I would like to talk about one activity,which I would like to do,and fortunately,it can be done in my hometown and that is to attend Zumba Fitness classes.My cousin attends Zumba classes in the UK,and she has become very fit and healthy now.
You know she used to be very fat,however,now she has the body of a model!I found that there is a gym in my neighborhood,by the name of Fire Dance and Fitness studio that has started Zumba classes recently.They have already hired a certified Zumba instructor,who is giving training there.
Any way,all I knew that Zumba involves dance and aerobic movements performed to energetic music The name“Zumba"has no particular meaning,it was chosen arbitrarily as a brand name.Personally speaking,I would like to join those classes and become fit.The information on the gym's website said that each class is typically one hour long and one can burn 500-1000 calories in one class depending on the energy one puts into it.
First I would enroll in Zumba Gold classes,which are for the beginners and the elderly.Then I would do the Zumba Step first,which is for the lower body.
Any way,I am very excited that such a facility has come in my hometown,and I am looking forward to joining these classes.
I find the routine gym exercises very boring.Furthermore,the best thing is that these exercises are not risky,and you can save time to do more exercise.
