寫邀請信時，書信主體應(yīng)該至少寫到三個部分。第一部分自我介紹，大概描述活動或計劃的內(nèi)容并指定被邀請參加的人。第二部分指定日期、地址和時間。提出邀請，希望對方參加。如果恰當(dāng)?shù)脑挘宄该鞒鱿顒铀枰龅臏?zhǔn)備，如著裝要求等。第三部分設(shè)定要求對方回復(fù)的日期，并表達(dá)感謝。

邀請信一定要將邀請的時間(年、月、日、鐘點(diǎn))、地點(diǎn)、場合寫清楚，不能使接信人存在任何疑慮。
