In today's culture to become famous one needs two things（1），talent and/or effective promotion. Someone with talent（2），such as a world-class athlete，can gain fame through exceptional abilities. Alternatively，effective promotion（3） can make you famous simply by sufficiently exposing oneself to the public.

在當(dāng)今的文化中，要成名需要兩件事（1），人才和/或有效的晉升。有天賦的人，比如世界級的運(yùn)動員，可以通過非凡的能力獲得聲譽(yù)?；蛘?，有效的宣傳（3）可以通過充分向公眾展示自己而讓你出名。

In my country, the most famous people are politicians and businessmen. You can see them on TV and read about them in newspapers. Sometimes, they even allow magazines to come to their homes and take photographs, so readers can see how they live and what furniture they have.

在我國，最著名的人是政治家和商人。你可以在電視上看到他們，也可以在報(bào)紙上看到他們。有時(shí)，他們甚至允許雜志到他們家里拍照，這樣讀者就可以看到他們的生活方式和他們有什么家具。
