I enjoy jogging or brisk walking. I have developed the habit of jogging at least 30 minutes a day since I was at university. It was a great break from studying. Although it's kind of difficult now for me to manage 30 minutes a day,I try to squeeze a few minutes during the lunch break to walk briskly. I always have my lunch in a cafe two blocks away from my office instead of the one just downstairs. It's a perfect chance to take brisk walking.
I have a flock of friends with the same fondness of jogging. Sometimes we take the"formal walking"on weekends or holidays. That is,we have led walks with a leader at the front. The walk leaders can tell us how fast we should walk to get the most benefit. In most other cases we just do the casual jogging in a lovely park in the city suburb.
I think jogging is a suitable physical activity for most people. It's low impact,requires minimal equipment,can be done at any time of day and can be performed at your own pace. It's also a great form of physical activity for people who are overweight,elderly or those who haven't exercised in a long time. Regular jogging can help you lose body fat,maintain a healthy weight,improve your fitness and reduce your risk of developing diseases. And most important of all,I believe jogging is the best stress-reliever. As far as I'm concerned,I feel more refreshed and my energy refueled after jogging. It's really a healthy thing to do.
我喜歡慢跑或快步走。自從上大學以來,我養(yǎng)成了每天至少慢跑30分鐘的習慣。這是一個很好的學習休息。雖然現(xiàn)在我很難每天堅持30分鐘,但我還是盡量在午休時間擠出幾分鐘來快步走。我總是在離辦公室兩條街遠的咖啡館吃午飯,而不是在樓下的咖啡館。這是快步走的絕佳機會。

我認為慢跑對大多數(shù)人來說是一種合適的體育活動。它的影響很小,只需要最少的設備,可以在一天中的任何時間進行,并且可以按照自己的節(jié)奏進行。對于超重、年老或長期未鍛煉的人來說,這也是一種很好的體育活動形式。經(jīng)常慢跑可以幫助你減肥,保持健康的體重,改善你的健康狀況,降低你患疾病的風險。最重要的是,我相信慢跑是最好的減壓方式。就我而言,慢跑后我感覺精神更充沛,精力也得到了補充。這真的是一件健康的事。
