As international travel has become cheaper,more countries have started to embrace（擁抱）tourism as a staple（主要產(chǎn)品）of their culture and income.Increased tourism has helped expand their economy,globalized（使全球化）cultural traditions,and diversified（使多樣化）other practices.Yet it has also introduced significant issues such as environmental concerns and a dangerous dependency on tourism for infrastructure and wealth.

The increase in tourism has helped countries to educate others on their culture and religions（宗教）,benefiting both the country by spreading knowledge and the tourist by enriching their life experience.This has helped diversify the cultures we see around the world which helps sustain（維持）tourism for the long-term.Economic growth is another advantage of increased tourism as there is a heightened（提高）need for local products and businesses,and thus an increase in profits for the country in question.

However,increased tourism has also introduced environmental concerns as we see carbon emissions and greenhouse gases increase alongside tourism.With tourism taking an estimated（估計(jì)）8%of global greenhouse gas emissions,there is a significant danger for climate change and global warming.Countries who rely on tourism as their primary source of income have also suffered recently from Covid-19 which has practically shut down（停工）the tourism industry due to the need for lockdowns（封鎖）and isolation（隔離）.This highlights（突出）the danger of dependency on tourism,as natural disasters or global restrictions can lead to economic ruin（毀壞）if there is no backup plan（備份計(jì)劃）in place.

Overall,the advantages significantly outweigh the disadvantages of increased tourism as it allows many countries to prosper（繁榮）.Local governments need to take into consideration potential environmental concerns and implement（實(shí)施）smarter and greener solutions.It is also important for countries to have crisis（危機(jī)）plans in place for uncontrollable disasters.
