One of the major problems facing the world today is the growing number of refugees.The developed nations in the world should tackle this problem by taking more refugees.To what extent do you agree with this opinion?

The recent political unrest,war and the rise of a few terrorist groups have made many people become refugees and this is a global problem.As an immediate solution,many express their view that rich countries should allow more evacuees to enter their border to reduce the severity of this crisis.However,accepting a higher number of migrants by the developed countries is not a viable solution to this refugee crisis,in my opinion.

最近的政治動(dòng)蕩，戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)以及一些恐怖主義團(tuán)體的出現(xiàn)使得許多人變成難民。這已經(jīng)成為全球性的問(wèn)題。作為目前的解決方案，許多人認(rèn)為富裕國(guó)家應(yīng)該允許更多的逃難者進(jìn)入自己的國(guó)度從而減輕這一危機(jī)的嚴(yán)重程度。然而，在我看來(lái)，發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家接受更多的移民并不是解決難民危機(jī)的可行方案。

Worldwide refugees and their constant sufferings are often reported on TV.At a first look,it might seem that industrialized countries can easily solve this emergency and sufferings by allowing more refugee immigrants to enter their countries.In reality,this is certainly not an easy solution.This article is from   website.If we only look at the few recent catastrophic events that the migrant refugees have caused,it would become clear why the governments in developed countries are unwavering to accept more people to their countries.Besides,historically,it is evident that only granting more refugees in other countries does not solve the problem,in some cases,it actually deteriorates it.

世界范圍的難民以及他們持續(xù)不斷的苦難經(jīng)常被電視所報(bào)道。乍看起來(lái)，工業(yè)化國(guó)家好像可以通過(guò)允許更多的難民進(jìn)入其國(guó)度來(lái)很輕松的解決這一緊急情況。如果我們研究下最近幾次難民引發(fā)的災(zāi)難性時(shí)間就會(huì)發(fā)現(xiàn)為什么發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家的政府始終接受更多的人進(jìn)入其國(guó)家。此外，從歷史上來(lái)看，在其他國(guó)家接納更多的難民并不會(huì)解決問(wèn)題，有時(shí)候還可能出現(xiàn)惡化的情況。

Due to the humanitarian reasons,developed countries should help destitute and needy people.It is no longer possible,unlike the past,to ignore what happens on the other side of the world.This is partly a moral issue and partly because it is in the self-economic interest of the industrialized countries.Considering this,a practical way of reducing the severity of this crisis would be to accept more refugees,particularly when it is caused by a natural disaster and civil war.

由于人道主義原因，發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家應(yīng)該幫助貧困和有需要的人。像過(guò)去那樣完全忽略地球另一端發(fā)生的事情已經(jīng)不可能了。這部分是由于道德原因，部分是因?yàn)榘l(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家自身的利益。因此，減輕這一危機(jī)嚴(yán)重性的一種實(shí)際操作是收納更多的難民，尤其是自然災(zāi)害或者內(nèi)戰(zhàn)引發(fā)的難民。

From a more practical point of view,mass immigration would bring more negative effects.Solving the root cause of the outbreaks of refugees is a far better way than allowing them freely migrate to developed countries.On a practical level,homeless refugees are sometimes better off receiving aid in their homeland than suffering racism and begging on the streets in a country where they cannot speak the language.

從實(shí)用角度來(lái)看，大規(guī)模的移民會(huì)帶來(lái)更多的負(fù)面影響。從根部解決難民潮的爆發(fā)比讓他們自由的移居到發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家更好。實(shí)際層面上來(lái)看，無(wú)家可歸的難民有時(shí)候在祖國(guó)接受援助更好。在其他國(guó)家他們可能不會(huì)當(dāng)?shù)氐恼Z(yǔ)言，會(huì)遭受種族主義，并且可能要在街上乞討。

To conclude,affluent countries should take refugees but only in extreme cases and should focus on solving the primary reason behind the refugee issue.Sometimes funds and aids for refugees in their local area are far more beneficial than accepting them as migrants and finally forcing them to beg on the street.

總的來(lái)說(shuō)，富裕國(guó)家應(yīng)該接收難民，但僅僅是在極端的情況下。他們應(yīng)該關(guān)注解決難民背后的基本原因。有時(shí)候，難民本地的基金和援助比他們被迫移民在街上乞討要好的多。
