The person I am going to tell you about is Tang Renjie,a famous online food critic.Although he has never systematically introduced his life story,from the pieces of information he reveals in his videos,we can still learn that he received vocational training as a cook after graduating from secondary school and eventually made it to the head chef of the five-star hotel,Sheraton.After quitting his job,he created an account on social media and became a food critic.

我要告訴你的人是唐仁杰，一個著名的網(wǎng)絡(luò)美食評論家。雖然他從來都沒有系統(tǒng)的介紹過自己的生平，但從他在視頻里透露出來的信息，我們可以了解到他在初中畢業(yè)之后上了技校，學(xué)習(xí)廚藝，并最終成為五星級酒店喜來登的主廚。辭去工作之后，他在社交媒體上創(chuàng)建了一個賬號，成為美食評論家。

He was recommended to me by the platform probably because I had watched so many clips about food.You know,these high-tech companies exploit my data,speculate what I like,and display relevant information on my page to increase the time I spend on their products.

Every day,Tang would post a video in which he goes to a restaurant and comments on the food.His choices range from high-end ones where a single dish can cost nearly 1000 RMB to stalls on the street where you can fill your stomach with only dozens of RMB.This article is from   website.Normally,he would take a bite of the food,describe the taste,explain how it is cooked and grade it.The shooting may take over an hour,but the length of the videos is cut to 2-3 minutes to fit the hectic schedule of modern people.

每天，唐都會發(fā)布一條他去某家餐廳，評論其食物的視頻。他的選擇既包括一道菜近千元的高端飯店，也包括幾十塊錢就能填報肚子的大排檔。通常而來，他會嘗一口食物，描述其味道，解釋它的烹飪方式，然后打分。拍攝過程可能要花一個多小時，但視頻的長度會被減到2-3分鐘，以迎合當(dāng)代人群繁忙的日程。

I follow him mainly because of his professional review.There are so many food critics on social media,but most of them have never received formal training.Their descriptions about the food are abstract and bleak,from which I can hardly get what the food is like.But Tang is different.His narrative enables you to imagine what the dish taste like and whether it is delicious or not.
