托福口語對(duì)于中國考生來說是難拿高分,大部分同學(xué)的分?jǐn)?shù)以17-22居多,有人會(huì)抱怨ETS出的題目太難,也有人說ETS的評(píng)分標(biāo)準(zhǔn)太嚴(yán)格,那我們有沒有考慮過可能是自己的方法有問題呢?下面小編就帶大家來看一組托??谡Z試題的分析以及其中用到的方法探討下。
第一題:談?wù)撓履愫图胰?朋友的一次令人開心的事件。
首先,我們應(yīng)該注意的是題的方法論是“一個(gè)主題句,兩個(gè)細(xì)節(jié)(例子)”,再次需要注意的是答題的范圍,一定是和家人或者朋友的事情,所以一個(gè)人發(fā)生的事情就盡量避免;一定要注意時(shí)態(tài),這個(gè)地方問的是過去的事情,所以,通篇考慮的是過去時(shí)態(tài),而不是我們最常用的現(xiàn)在式。
第二題:你是喜歡去沒去過的地方旅游,還是去去過的地方旅游。
此題是典型的二選一的題目,按照上課的講解,此題我們有三種回答方式,A好,B好,或者it depends on different situation。使用典型的2+1的回答方式,此題可以迎刃而解,講滿45秒鐘綽綽有余。
第三題
作為個(gè)綜合口語題,第三題要求我們用45秒鐘讀一個(gè)學(xué)校的通知,通知很簡單,就是說學(xué)校的打印政策發(fā)生了變化,以前的時(shí)候是打印免費(fèi),現(xiàn)在的話是只有前10頁免費(fèi),超出部分按照5美分收費(fèi)。
閱讀部分屬于典型的學(xué)校變化題目,值得注意的是閱讀部分偶爾會(huì)出現(xiàn)學(xué)生來信的方式,這種出題方式約占20/100,所以,對(duì)于閱讀的描述有2種方式:
In the reading, the university is going to +學(xué)校的變化;或者
In the reading, a student proposed that +學(xué)生的提議
聽力部分大部分人都可以聽懂,但是我們的挑戰(zhàn)存在于對(duì)于聽力的復(fù)述,包括對(duì)于聽力的個(gè)別詞匯的復(fù)述,如打印的高效efficient,effective 等。所以對(duì)于聽力的筆記和復(fù)述能力要求相對(duì)較高。
第四題
在閱讀部分,第四題一般是關(guān)于一個(gè)專業(yè)名詞,這次考的是 information overload.按照典型的方法論,我們需要去找主題句和表現(xiàn)形式,換句話說,去找information overload 是什么以及它是干嘛的。從文中我們可以找出它的表現(xiàn)形式:人們?nèi)绾稳?yīng)對(duì)information overload:處理一部分信息或者干脆不處理。
聽力則直接給出了2個(gè)例子,直接是解釋了人們處理此事情的兩種方式。個(gè)例子是關(guān)于一個(gè)小公司招人的例子:小公司想招人,結(jié)果廣告發(fā)了之后來了幾百份簡歷,員工處理不過來,就隨機(jī)抽取一部分簡歷看。第二個(gè)例子是關(guān)于一個(gè)教授,他想要進(jìn)步提升,就訂閱了很多期刊雜志,結(jié)果讀不過來,于是就直接全盤放起來了,以后找個(gè)時(shí)間專門去讀。
第五題
按照OG 的講述,第五題是典型的問題及解決的題目,在聽力中,會(huì)有一個(gè)問題,這個(gè)問題不是一句話的概述,而是對(duì)于問題的解釋,一般2-5句話;而一共給出2個(gè)建議,需要注意的是這兩個(gè)建議不一定是另一方給的,所以考試的時(shí)候可以講there are 2 solutionsto solve the problem.然后一定要注意從2個(gè)建議中選一個(gè),然后解釋下自己認(rèn)為這個(gè)比較好的原因。
此題中,女生在另一個(gè)洲找了一個(gè)summer job,,所以在那里租了一個(gè)apartment;但是本洲的公寓很棒,她又不想放棄。于是,有兩個(gè)建議。個(gè):把這個(gè)本洲的公寓sublet轉(zhuǎn)租出去。很多人往往對(duì)于sublet 搞不清,導(dǎo)致錯(cuò)誤的理解,與此同時(shí)有個(gè)單詞叫做subsidy,此單詞表示補(bǔ)貼的意思,比如歐盟,美國對(duì)于本國的農(nóng)業(yè)的補(bǔ)貼就是此單詞。
第六題
按照OG 的講法,此題目是要求我們?nèi)?fù)述一個(gè)聽力的段子,段子的結(jié)構(gòu)一般為一個(gè)主題句和兩個(gè)例子。本次考試的第六題講的是Alpine 上面的植物如何可以生存下來。Alpine 對(duì)于托福考生應(yīng)該一點(diǎn)也不陌生,因?yàn)橹暗腡PO 閱讀里面多次考過高原地區(qū)的植物如何存活,所以平時(shí)的積累至關(guān)重要。
有兩個(gè)方面可以保證植物存活,首先是植物的高度。它生長的特別矮,幾乎是貼地生長,所以大風(fēng)無法吹倒它。其次,它的葉子上有蠟狀物wax,這樣的可以有效對(duì)抗evaporation,保存了水分。

1. Person=Personalities
1. Parents
My mother is the person whom I admire most due to her so many good personalities like talented, tolerant and most of all, her spirit of dedication. First of all, she is such a talented person who not only has great achievements in herwork, but also can cook delicious food for my dad and me. Furthermore, since she is well-educated, she can tolerate different opinions from varied people. And the most beautiful thing about her is that she has a beautiful mind. Thriftyas she is in the daily life, she saves the money and donates all of them to the people who may need them. The ways she does and thinks make me want to be the person like she is. That is why I think my mother is the person I admire most.
2. Teacher (萬能人物;可替換的角色有:parent, leader, friend, ideal spouse, celebrity)
A good teacher should have the following personalities. First of all, a good teacher makes herself available to all students and she knows which students need extra assistance.
Furthermore, a good teacher is an effective communicator, who knows when she needs to change her communicating techniques to be sure students can grasp instructionalconcepts. What is more, she would show her great ability when her students are making mistakes, she would let them know why they are wrong and how they are going to do to correct them, rather than simply punish them. For most students, agood teacher is also a helper who can lift them to new heights. Just like an old saying goes, " GIVE ME A FISH AND I EAT FOR A DAY, TEACH ME TO FISH AND I EAT FOR A LIFE TIME". This must be a philosophy of every good teacher.
3. Friends
A good friend should have the following personalities like trustworthy, helpful andpositive. First of all, a trustworthy person is someone whom I can rely on especially when I am in difficulty; he/she will be just a phone-call away to get me out of trouble. Secondly, he/she must be someone who can give me somesuggestions when I lose my heart. I clearly remember last time I had a bad experience on my job, I was so sad during those period of time and my friend Nana just sat besides me and was such a good listener to support me and inspired meby saying that I deserved a second chance and never pushing myself too hard would be a better choice. After the nice conversation, I happened to realize I overcame those dark days with the encouragement she had given to me. Last, a goodfriend is someone who is positive. Though we always say “prepare for the worst and hope for the best”, we seldom do it when we face up with the worse situation. At this time, a positive friend has this power to make us believe that itis absolutely right to obey the rule.
In the end, I would like to quote a famous saying by Aristotle to end up my response. “What is a friend? A single soul in two bodies.”
4. Leader
A good leader should have these criteria:
1. Have a vision.
Effective leaders and their organizations have an agenda. A vision. A vision is a direction—an attractive and attainable picture of the future. As a leader, if you don't know where you are going, you are irrelevant to your followers.
With a vision you can inspire and lift individuals and groups to new heights—an important function of any leader.
2. Seize opportunity.
Look for experiences that are new and different. Develop relationships with people who are different from the people you ordinarily have relationships with, especially those that come from different backgrounds and age groups.
3. Communication is key.
Be accessible to everyone in the organization. Companies need to realize that the old model of the leaders sitting on top of the pyramid and the managers executing orders does not work in today’s environment. The person at the topcannot be the only leader. There have to be various people within the company acting in this role. There are many companies stuck in a rut where the managers are waiting to be told what to do. That doesn’t work.
4. Be proactive.
Promote continuous exploration of yourself and other leaders within the organization. Be accountable for what you do. If there is an issue in the company, don’t say you didn’t know anything about it. Look at the organization andconstantly ask what can be improved.

托福口語考試共有六個(gè)題目,其中尤以后四個(gè)題目更加充分體現(xiàn)了融讀、聽、說在一起的特點(diǎn)。也就是說,在回答問題時(shí),你不必慷慨激昂地陳述自己的觀點(diǎn),而是要利用聽讀材料中的具體信息回答所提出的與材料有關(guān)的問題。這其實(shí)就是在考察考生是否具備了對(duì)先前讀到、聽到的材料進(jìn)行快速加工(歸納、總結(jié)、融合),然后再口頭輸出(變成自己的話)的口語復(fù)述能力。

準(zhǔn)確性強(qiáng)調(diào)要準(zhǔn)確挖掘與獲取聽、讀材料的中心思想與細(xì)節(jié)內(nèi)容,不能任憑主觀臆想;同時(shí)還要注意用準(zhǔn)確的語言輸出。

托??荚嚳谡Z的完整性指的是:一要全面采集與應(yīng)用聽、讀材料的信息,特別是不能遺漏任何重要的細(xì)節(jié);二是所提供的答案語言要完整。

客觀性是指要客觀陳述材料內(nèi)容,不能妄加主觀評(píng)論(除非有這樣的要求)。
