The reasons why I am so fascinated with PE lesson can be best summarized as the followings. From my own perspective, I think health is the most important aspect to our life. By doing some exercises in PE lesson, we can not only relax from our heavy study pressure, but also we can have a perfect figure. Recently, I met someone on a walking trail. During our walk we found out we are both sighed up for golf lessons at the local club. 03 relax myself

Choose one of your favorite methods to relax and explain why it is your favorite. Please include specific details in your explanation. I have many ways to relax myself. I will take a nap if I am really tired. When the weather is good,　I will definitely go out for a walk in the park, enjoying the warm sunshine and fresh air. I will also relax myself by switching to computer games from serious work or study. I can lose myself a little while I’m playing the games. Listening to music is another way I prefer to relax myself. Of course the music I choose won’t be rock ‘n’ roll or rap. It should be something much softer. And these are the ways I prefer to relax myself.

04 short vacations

Would you like to take a long vacation or several short vacations in a year? Explain why.　I support the idea of students having several short vacations throughout a year. Firstly, short vacations are a great relaxation after busy final exams. We can be with family, visit friends, go to concerts and do many other things besides classes. Furthermore, students wouldn’t forget what 　they have learned and will be more focused on their classes when they return to school if their vacation time is divided up throughout the year. And I also think short vacations are safe for students who have a travel plan. So I find many advantages of short vacations compared with a longer one.

I prefer to take my time and enjoy the scenery along the way. Firstly, there can be some surprisingly beautiful sights on the way, and I don’t wanna miss it. It can be even better than my destination. In addition, trip is a way of relaxation instead of a job. So you don’t need to rush yourself, otherwise I may already feel tired when I get to my destination. I’d like to relax from the moment I set out. So, that’s my reason for sight‐seeing along the way.

Usually, novels, magazines and poetry are considered the three major forms of literature. Which one do you prefer and explain why you prefer this literature form. They can soothe me when I’m tired and wanna have a little break, you just need to sit down to enjoy the story in a fiction, just imagining what has happened according to the description, as if you were watching a movie. The charming actors such as Hugh Grant or Brad Pitt are some of the most attractive actors in the world. Whenever they have new movies coming out I will pay for the ticket price and watch them in the movie theatres, I just like the way to fantasize about my life when I watch their movies. And the second reason may be more important. Watching this kind of movies is just like reading a book which teaches me how to love and to be loved. When you are together with your friends, which place would you like to go? Explain why. When I am with my good friends, we will definitely go do some sports together. Most of my friends love basketball, and we are all pretty good at it. We will play 3 on 3, or three point shoot‐out. It's great fun and good to have some sweat. We used to play basketball every week when we were still at school. Although we play less often now, it is still a great work‐out. We can loose ourselves in the game. Playing basketball is also good for health too.

一、object類話題

根據(jù)以往常出的題目總結(jié)來看，object往往可以分為tangible object(有形物體)以及intangibleobject(無形無體)。

Tangible object，顧名思義我們能夠看得見摸得著的實物，除了一些比較常規(guī)的special gift，meaning

object之外，還包括出題者最愛考的一些關(guān)于book類的話題，即讓我們描述最喜歡看的、或是讀過的最有意義的一本書。另外，較為常見的一些題目還包括描述asong, a film, a painting, aphotograph等題目。在這樣的題目當中，很多同學因為不知道要說什么或是不熟悉這樣的事物導致完全說不出或是表述不流利，結(jié)結(jié)巴巴說不到重點。在遇到此類題目，一個比較簡單的思路就是不要糾結(jié)于一些大家都要知道的名著，我們完全可以從自己比較熟悉的一些話題展開，如自己畫的第一幅全家福。另外，盡量避免每個人都在講的一些話題，比如大部分人都在說《HarryPotter》，那我們?nèi)绻麚Q成《How to win friends》會不會好很多呢?一定不要給自己挖坑，怎么便于表述怎么來。

二、person類話題

Person類話題在task 1的考試中形式不多，總結(jié)起來無非兩類人，一種是我們比較熟悉的在我們身邊的人，例如family member, bestfriend, favorite teacher, an old person yourespect等，由于這些都是我們較為熟悉的，所以比較容易想到，在表述的時候也較為簡單。相對來說會有一定難度的就是第二類人——famousperson名人了。在task1，它有可能讓你去描述一位你欽佩、喜歡或是想見面的名人，甚至給你規(guī)定一定領(lǐng)域。這是如果碰到一些不關(guān)注這一領(lǐng)域的就不太好說了。比如一些女生平時對體育不感興趣，但考試的時候讓你去描述一個你最喜歡的足球選手，那可能一下子就懵圈了。但是遇到這樣的題目也不用怕，在我們備考時完全可以提前準備好相關(guān)素材，在考試的時候也不是任何領(lǐng)域都會考我們，常見的也就actor/actress,singer, spotsman, business man,leader這幾類，所以就算我們不喜歡不感興趣，只要我每個領(lǐng)域都想出來一個人就完全沒有問題啦。

在這里給到兩個我們凡事涉及到人都非常通用的一些素材思路，一是表述ta在專業(yè)領(lǐng)域上的卓越表現(xiàn)。比如ta是歌手，我們說ta歌唱得好，是演員我們說ta演技精湛，是商人我們說ta把公司治理的優(yōu)秀等。二是私下的品質(zhì)特征，如responsible，humorous，helpful等。其中的helpful更是非常通用，基本上所有的名人都比較喜歡做一些慈善工作幫助有需要的人，所以我們可以說道Besidesthe fact that he is such a shining movie star, he also devotes himself to thecharity career. He always donate some money and make no effect to help thosepeople in need. 你看，基本上所有的名人都能用吧!

三、place類話題

在遇到讓我們描述place的題目的時候，其實也不是很難。還是可以把它分為兩方面，一是“大地方”，如country，city，state等，往往會聯(lián)系著travel一起考;另外一方面就是我們所謂的“小地方”，如library，museum，park，cafe，campus等地方。在遇到place的時候，我們可以從這幾個思路著手，一是這個地方與我們而言的specialmeaning(特殊意義)，二是這個地方的function(功能)。比如我常去這家cafe是因為一，我可以在這家咖啡館里跟朋友小聚一下，喝喝咖啡聊聊天;二，這是我從小到大一直去的一家店，見證了我的成長，對我而言意味著很多。以這樣的角度出發(fā)，place類話題也可以輕松拿下啦!

四、event類話題

很多考生會比較頭疼遇到event類話題，但是這一類話題往往是我們在備考時最容易準備的。因為很多題目我們都可以把它合并成為相似話題，用同一個素材就可以對待各種不同題目。我們最?？嫉木褪且恍δ愣员容^有意義的，最近發(fā)生的比較興奮地，或是你獲得成長的，或是你克服的某個困難，再或者是別人幫助你的一次經(jīng)歷。這些題目其實我們都可以用一個思路，如：我最近參加了某個演講比賽，一開始覺得沒信心，但是經(jīng)過朋友的幫助及鼓勵，后來贏得了冠軍。你看，這樣的思路，是不是剛剛幾個題目都能用得上了?那另外一類題目就是有些負面的，比如讓你描述一次別人惹惱你的經(jīng)歷，或是你生氣的經(jīng)歷。在這里可以用一個非常簡單好表述的思路，如某人在一個禁煙的公共場所吸煙，你勸告后仍不聽，因此你很生氣。表述起來也比較簡單吧。
