首先你先得評估一下自己的托?？谡Z水平。

如果你真的屬于基本口語都說不好或者不知道怎么說的。那直接做OG或者是TPO上的題肯定不行，只會覺得迷茫。

所以根據(jù)你的時間?？梢韵然A(chǔ)訓(xùn)練>>強化訓(xùn)練基礎(chǔ)訓(xùn)練建議你用新概念英語1-4. 基本上從2開始就行。1都是初中生的水平。建議你把上面的對話看懂看會知道在某種情況下發(fā)生的時候正規(guī)的段子應(yīng)該是怎么樣的。我個人感覺作文和托福口語的很多說法還是差挺大的。建議這套書是因為有這么一個說法：如果會上面所有的段子和句式就基本和老外溝通無障礙。

如果你的基礎(chǔ)還可以。那說不出來的原因就是邏輯還完全在中文思維。15秒反應(yīng)不過來。那唯一的建議就是多說多練,英語就是這樣沒有別的竅門,你把題目可以先稍微寫一下。也不用規(guī)定15秒。就是說。可以錄下聽聽你自己真實的聲音和語調(diào)。然后爭取把所有的題都不計時說幾遍。有一個大概的印象。再循序漸進的開始計時。

很多考過新托福的童鞋們都知道，在新托福考試中，口語部分包含兩個部分：閱讀和聽力。是否能夠做好閱讀和聽力兩個項目的筆記是考生在口語部分中取得高分的關(guān)鍵。那么如何才能更好更成功的做筆記呢，我就以我考過兩次的經(jīng)驗來說一說。要做好的Note，正確有效的Note taking skills是必須要掌握的。

第一，系統(tǒng)地學(xué)習(xí)一些常用的做筆記的技法。包括符號速記法：學(xué)習(xí)如何快速用各種簡寫符號來記錄常用的結(jié)構(gòu)詞匯以節(jié)省大量的寫作時間。

第二，在掌握速記符號的基礎(chǔ)上，閱讀和聽力摘要題目要加強訓(xùn)練，大量練習(xí)找文章主題重點的能力以及結(jié)構(gòu)分析的能力并提高自身邏輯分析本領(lǐng)。判斷好一篇文章的起、承、轉(zhuǎn)、合。最后也是最重要的一點，練習(xí)重現(xiàn)文章的框架的能力，加強對ETS出題處的敏感程度。

第1、2題：題目在一開始就會出現(xiàn)在屏幕上，所以不要理會電腦中讀什么，用最快的速度將題目掃一眼(中間可以擠出30秒的時間準備) 答題時間均為45’

第三題：為校園事件話題，語言不學(xué)術(shù)，一般為兩個人的對話，有習(xí)語，聽完后會讓你重復(fù)其中一個人的觀點。

第3、4題：都有閱讀，3題較短，4題較長，都要求45’讀完，長度一般為75-120個詞(5-7行)。其中4題的內(nèi)容較重要，而3題則不重要。答題時間均為1分鐘

筆記寫下的詞最好在回答時替換，避免出現(xiàn)閱讀文章中的原句子。兩道題的時間分配大致為：15’說閱讀，40’說觀點，中間用點題句連接。回答應(yīng)盡可能完整，但也無需面面俱到。

第五題：為學(xué)校生活類問題，有人會提出解決方案，讓后讓你重復(fù)他們的問題和觀點，最后說Your Opinion & Why?一兩句就可以。

這也是唯一一個問Your Opinion的題，而3、4、6題都只是讓你重復(fù)。但有些題目僅要求描述，而不解釋或不需要給出Your Opinion，要聽清20’準備 (In thelistening passage, the man and the woman discuss a problem. The man was…If Iwere the man, I wouldchoose the second opinion.)
