Ok right then, well the actor that I’ve decided to talk about is Zhou Xingchi, who, I think it’s fair to say, is one of the most famous and popular comedians in China.

You know, I’ve watched his films ever since I was a child, which I’m sure could also be said for the majority of people my age in China. And the reason is simply that he’s just so incredibly funny. I mean, whenever I watch his films, I can’t stop myself from laughing. And I’m not sure if you’ve watched any of his films before or not, but I guess you could compare him to Jim Carrey, in the sense that they can pull really funny faces. And that’s probably what sets him apart from most other comedians in China. You know, he’s got such an array of different facial expressions! Anyway, as for what kind of person he is,well I don’t know him personally of course, but the impression I get of him is that he’s a very down-to-earth guy. So you know I mean, although he’s, like, super famous and mega rich, he seems to carry himself in a very unassuming manner. For example, in the interviews I’ve seen of him, he comes across as being a very modest and likeable guy, which can’t be said for a lot of celebrities you see on TV these days!

So yeah, that’s pretty much all there is to say really, and if you haven’t seen any of his films before, then you should definitely watch one.

Yes, I don’t see a problem with them earning a lot of money. If people like them and are willing to pay to see them, either live or in a movie, then they deserve the money they receive. That’s probably the most obvous way people maybe try to copy someone they like. They buy similar clothes or shoes or maybe even do their hair in the same style. There are a lot of celebrity magazines which cover the styles of famous people including movie stars so people are obviously interested in that sort of thing. Maybe people like to copy them because they feel that they identify with the actor or a particular character.

All different kinds, TV, music, live events, computer games. It probably depends on where you live, how old you are and what things you like to do in your free time. I guess the most popular for the majority of peope would be TV, watching movies, either at the cinema or on DVD, and going out to parties or to a restaurant with friends.

Do you think men and women have different tastes in entertainment?

Sometimes maybe, but not always. My girlfriends and I like different movies from men and our idea of a good night out is probably less exciting than some of my male friends would like, but then there are lots of things that men and women like doing for entertainment that are the same. Comedy is a good example. Most comedians are funny for both men and women. If you like eating out in a nice restaurant then usually it’s the same for men and women also. But there are definitely some things like music and books which are quite different for men and women.

For example, my younger sister spends hours chatting to her frinds and even peope she doen’t really know on the internet. She loves it. Talking about a sport that I want to try, Zumba springs to my mind. I remember, one day two years ago, when I walked around the sports centre, a piece of passionate Latin music caught my attention. I followed the music and came to the dance studio. Actually, that was the first time when I got to know Zumba and I immediately fell in love with it.

I enjoy it as the music is really my cup of tea. The up-tempo music would add more happiness to the exercises. In this case, I would forget about all worries in my life and live in the moment.

Without doubt, I would love to try this sport. Firstly, as a kind of aerobic exercise, it can strengthen all muscles of the body and burn calories. After long-term exercises, it could lower the risk of developing illness, such as heartdiseases, cancer. meanwhile, I would also lose my excess weight and keep in a good shape. Secondly, Zumba is a good way to relieve depression.
