Do you prefer group-work or working alone?

I honestly don't mind working in either setting. You may think that working individually means you'll get things done quicker and with less hassle, but at the same time you may struggle for ideas and inspiration.

What are the benefits of group-work?

Obviously working in a team leads to a greater number of ideas, but also opinions. It's great if everybody agrees or is willing to listen, but sometimes there can be a clash of heads when two or more people don't agree.

What kind of people would like to work in groups?

I think the sort of person who likes to work in a group is a good team player. They don't think they are better than other people or that their ideas are any more relevant, they are a good listener and are willing to get their head down and work hard for everybody. They might also be level headed and keep calm in heated situations.

Self-confidence refers to the firm belief in one's capability to do something well. Self-confidence is an important psychological factor in our work. We can safely draw the conclusion that being given the same kind of work, a self-confidence person will find the work much easier and more interesting than one that holds a gloomy view on one's own ability. However, we shouldn't confuse self-confidence with conceit. The former is based on a thorough understanding of knowledge one has acquired but the latter isn't. Conceit may make people succeed temporarily, but that won't last, nevertheless, self-confidence is forever a help, a stimulus to one's success。(195 words)

For example, parents have more time and energy to look after their children, and as a result, children become healthier and more intelligent. They try to satisfy every demand of their spoiled kids, thus turning them into“flowers in the nursery” that cannot bear any hardship or difficulty.

The main reason why people travel is, perhaps for pleasure. For instance, having worked hard throughout the weekdays, people will find a weekend trip to the nearby mountains or beaches a real relaxation. For another example, spending an annual holiday travelling abroad is an especially satisfying experience for those who do not have much of an opportunity to be away from their homelands. When people return from their travel, they will generally feel fresh and energetic, ready to work harder.

Travelling is also one of the best means for learning. You may have read or heard about something but you can never get an accurate picture of it until you see it for yourself. Seeing is believing. Furthermore, if you are careful observer, you can learn much during your travel about the geography, biology and history of the places you visit. No matter how well educated you are, there is always a lot for you to learn through travelling. The knowledge acquired from travel, as you will have found later in your life, is no less valuable than that from any influential reference book. (252 words)
