Describe a well-paid job you would like to do in the future想做的高薪工作

What the job is
How you came to know about it
What kind of people can do this job
And explain why you like this job
參考范文
I love animals and am very concerned for their welfare. I even became a veterinarian to bring my small contribution to the protection of the world and of the animals that inhabit it. I want to be able to do more for them, though, so I intend to become a veterinarian. I am focusing on learning as much as possible in chemistry and anatomy, so I can successfully apply to study at a Medical Centre for Animals or a Veterinarian University. There I will learn to put a correct diagnostic for various animals’ illnesses and how to intervene to make things better. I know that I will need a lot of knowledge and much dedication to pursue this career and that it won’t always be a clean or even entirely safe endeavour, but I am willing to put in the effort. I know that, unlike in the case of medical care for humans, I will have to learn the anatomies and physiologies of several types of animals for this job. And I know that, to an owner, a pet is no less important or relevant than any other family member, so there is just as much responsibility as there is with humans. I also understand that, unlike people, who understand the reasons for medical procedures, animals will be afraid and retaliate. Regardless, it will be rewarding to see healthy pets reunited with their happy owners and to make a difference for animal care this way.

Describe an activity you do to keep fit.
You should say:
what you do
when you started doing it
how much time you spend doing it
and explain how this activity helps you keep fit.
Well, I’m sure I’m not the only one guilty of owning a gym membership that sits gathering dust in a drawer somewhere. I get my exercise mainly from cycling.
I can’t remember exactly when I started cycling, but it was when I was around 5 or 6 years old. My dad taught me by pushing me down a hill and wishing me luck! There were a few bumps and bruises to begin with, but eventually I was riding all by myself and you know what they say, 'you never forget how to ride a bike'.
I lack the motivation to go to the gym regularly, but I can fit cycling into my daily routine seamlessly. What’s more, I never get bored of being in the saddle. I ride to and from work and sometimes go out for longer rides on my days off. In fact, it’s not unheard of for me to slip on a pair of Lycra shorts and take a 50 or 60 mile jaunt on a weekend.
Cycling is a great way to keep fit as it burns calories and there is less impact on your joints than other sports, such as running. As well as my body, cycling could help my mind. Some people say it helps you sleep longer and more deeply, in addition to reducing stress, all of which can only be a good thing.
雅思口語未來居住的城市話題
Describe a city or country you most want to live in the future
You should say:
What is it
Where is it located
Why do you like it
The city I most want to live in the future is Guangzhou. It is located in Guangdong Province, southern China. It's not far away from Hong Kong.
I like to live in this city for several reasons. First of all, it's warm in winter. I personally don't like cold weather. I can still wear sweaters or shirts in December in Guangzhou. Secondly, Guangzhou has a great job market. Career planning is one of the most important things for me. When I consider the city is livable or not, I pay more attention to the job market of the city. Guangzhou is one of the most developed cities in China. In the future, it will need all kinds of professionals to build the city better. I believe this will be a good opportunity. The last reason is the delicious food in Guangzhou. Guangzhou is famous for dim sum, and dim sum is my favorite food.
雅思口語Shoes話題
1. Do you like shopping for shoes?
Yes: Absolutely! Just like most girls do.Cuz to me, they are not just something you put on, but more of a fashion accessory (時(shí)尚配飾).
No: Actually, unlike some people, I’m not big on (be big on: be a fan of;be fond of) buying shoes. To me, it’s just a matter of (僅僅是…) finding the right ones. Nothingmore.
2. How often do you buy shoes?
Yes: From time to time (時(shí)常,常常), I think. I would buy acouple of new pairs of shoes almost every season to match with my outfit (搭配我的著裝).
No: Probably once in a few months, onaverage (平均來說). Cuz my shoes tend to be quite durable (耐用的,耐穿的), and they usually last a long time before they are worn out (磨破,穿破).
3. What kinds of shoes do you usually buy?
I shop for a wide range of shoes, from highheels (高跟鞋), flats(平底鞋), boots (靴子), totraining shoes (運(yùn)動(dòng)鞋), you know, to serve different needs (滿足不同的需求).
The shoes I shop for are mostly simple, plain-looking (ordinary-looking) and comfortable ones. Cuz that’s basically everything that I need!
4. Do you prefer comfortable shoes, or good-looking shoes?
That’s an easy one! When it comes to shoes, comfort is always the number one priority(something that is more important than anything else). But that doesn’t mean I don’t care for (be fond of) looks. I mean, nobody wants to wear shoes that lookhideous(super ugly), right?
5. Do you have a pair of shoes that you especially like?
I do, as a matter of fact (in fact; actually). They are a pair of limitededition (限量版) that I bought a few years ago. I kind of splurgedon (splurgeon sth: spend a lot of money on sth 揮霍) them, but they are totallyworth it (be worth it: 值得)!
6. Do you ever buy shoes online?
Yeah, sometimes. Cuz there are some specialsoffers and discounts (優(yōu)惠、折扣) every once in a while, which could save me some money. So,why not?
No, never. I would buy other things online, but if I wanna shop for shoes, I’d rather go to a shoe store. Cuz theproblem with shopping online is that (The problem with sth is that…: 什么的問題是…) you won’t be able to trythem on (試穿) andmay end up(end up doing: 到頭來) buying a pair of shoes that don’t fit.
