The furniture I am going to tell you is a small table that can be placed on bed. It is made of wood, about 50 centimeters high, and is exactly as wide as my bed. It has a drawer and several shelves. There is nothing but four legs under the tabletop so that I can put my legs through and sleep well. On it are my laptop, a few books and other personal belongings. I'm going to talk about my favourite chair. It's a big, leather armchair that sits in my living room at home, just under my living room window.

I didn't actually buy the armchair. One of my friends was moving house and was going to buy some new furniture. I had always liked his leather armchair, so he said I could have it if I managed to move it. The chair wouldn't fit in my car, and it was tricky to get it out of my friend's apartment. I had to hire a small van to take the armchair home.

Obviously I use the armchair for sitting! It's my favourite place in the house to relax, read a book, watch TV or even do some work; the chair's arms are quite wide and flat, so my laptop fits nicely on either of them. Last night I fell asleep in my armchair while I was watching a film.

The main reasons why I like this piece of furniture are that it's comfortable and it's in the perfect position in my living room. The only drawback might be that I enjoy sitting in the armchair too much, and sometimes I think it makes me lazy!

The table is my favourite furniture for many reasons. The most important reason is that I feel comfortable with the table. I keep my necessary documents and stuffs like my wallet, keys, cell phone charger etc. inside the drawer. The table is the permanent place for my cell phones. I put the phones on the table always when I return home. Besides, being moderately large, the table has ample space to keep many other things on it. I live in an apartment and there are various types of furniture there. To me, my wardrobe is very useful furniture that I would like to talk about.

The wardrobe I have is big and has 5 drawers. As far as I recall，I bought it 3/4 years ago from IKEA. This piece of furniture is a very handy furniture for me. I keep my dresses organized at the bottom three drawers.

The second drawer from the top is the place where I keep my very personal belongings including my diary and keys. The top drawers are used for keeping important documents. I keep my academic documents,money receipts and warranty papers of different newly purchased devices in this drawer.all of the drawers are can be locked and this gives some additional security and privacy.

I consider this piece of furniture very useful for me and that's why I like it .It is a good looking furniture that matches with the design and color of other furniture of the room as well. If I had not owned this furniture it would have been very difficult to keep my clothes arranges, valuable documents secured.
