　　Happiness is considered very important in our life. Why it isdifficult to define? Whatfactors are in achieving happiness?

　　It hasbeen widely noted that happiness is very important to our life. However, whatishappiness? It seems difficult to define, for different people have differentideas. Some peopleare brought up that most important thing in their life. Theyobtain happiness from seekingfame and profit. Other people are in pursuit ofmental edification. They serve people heart andsoul and find happiness fromit.

　　In myview, according to philosophy, everything is in process of developmentincludinghappiness. We spare no effort to achieve our goal and obtainhappiness from success.However, after that we have another new aim to achieve.There is no limit to gaining lastinghappiness.

　　Then howto obtain happiness? I think true happiness can be got in the following ways:

　　In thefirst instance, true happiness comes from hard work. A student is very happywhen hehas gotten high score in his examinations. His happiness is the resultof his hard and patientstudy. Thus, happiness abounds in hard work.

　　Secondly,happiness is rooted in optimistic attitude. In our daily life, we should face alot ofproblems, which may lead to setbacks. If these defeatist sentimentsseize us, happiness will befar away from us. The only way is right attitudeand sparing no effort to overcome it then youcan find happiness.

　　Last butnot least, happiness comes from frugality. Many example display peoplespendingmoney wastefully for satisfaction of their desires may suffer from poverty inthe longrun. So living a simple and content life makes one happy and cheerful.

　　All inall, happiness is very important to our life. The good method to find happinessismaking our mentality and physicality both strong.
