Topic:Describe a shop that just opened in your hometown.
You should say:
where the shop is
when it opened
what it sells
and how you feel about the shop.
Last year, during the summer, my hometown Quanzhou had its first Apple store, which was located in the city center. The Apple store is on the ground floor of Wanda shopping mall. Since my hometown is a small place where used to be famous for fishing and agriculture, many people in my hometown still have no sense to the smart phones.Apple store's existence has become a unique landmark, which attracts hundreds of locals to visit it everyday.
Of course Apple store sells various kinds of its own brand electronic devices, especially focusing on iPhones,iPads,Macbook laptops, and Apple watches. On the other hand, it provides different fields of service. For example,Genius Bar help customers deal with any possible hardware issues or Workshops help customers learn about Apple devices better in order to maximize the usage of products. In addition,on one side of the store,we can purchase some accessorles.
Personally,I was excited because I am a huge fan of Apple company. The devices it brought to our world and the technology it showed to our society have massive impacts on people's life, not only met our needs but also improved our life quality.

Describe an exciting sport you know.
You should say:
what the sport is
how you know about it
is it difficult
and explain why you think it is exciting.
I think the most popular sport in China is table tennis. It doesn't require intensive facility but only a pair of bats, a table tennis ball and a table, and doesn’t matter what the weather is, and is also easy to learn. You can find people at different ages playing it in the community, even some old people.
Actually, there are several physical benefits of playing table tennis, like your reflexes and hand-eye coordination would become quicker and more refined. And the most important is that it can build your body strength. Though I can’t play it, I often watch table tennis games.
Table tennis is our national ball, and our players have won so many prizes with their excellent skills. Their games always make us excited, and we are proud of them. I enjoy watching the games, and perhaps I’ll learn how to play it soon. In a word, this is a sport with a lot of fun. That’s why I think table tennis is an exciting sport.

Describe a small company that you think is successful.
You should say:
what the name is
how you know about it
what does this company do
and explain why do you think it is successful.
I want to tell you about a small company called “Two Guys One Pie”. I’m not sure you will have heard of them because they have a very small premises that is a little out-of-the-way. As far as I know, their only location is in the Sanlitun area of Beijing, down a back street, but I’ve heard it through the grapevine that they may be expanding.
I first knew about the shop through a friend of mine who shares my passion for pies. A good pie is like gold dust in Beijing, so if somewhere decent opens that sells them, you can be sure I’ll get wind of it. They do a bit of advertising in local magazines, but I think most people hear about “Two Guys One Pie” from word of mouth.
In my humble opinion, they made the best pies in Beijing. They are hands down the most delicious meat-filled pastry you’ll find this side of Australia! They also have interesting fillings such as Thai Green Curry or Italian Vegetables and are constantly updating their menu to keep people coming back for more.
Considering their humble beginnings, I can only assume their business is a huge success. Judging by the queues, they must be making a pretty penny. On their busiest evenings, people line up down the street to get a taste of their latest offering or old favourites.

Describe a team you were part of.
You should say:
when the team was formed
who else participated in it
what you did there
and explain why you became part of the team.
I was an enthusiastic member of the student union while I was at university. My university was founded in 1950 and the union had existed for many years, but obviously there was a turnover of members as students graduated.
Besides myself, the union consisted of a number of my fellow classmates and some students from other departments. It was nice to mingle with people outside of my department and make friends in different circles. Despite this, I was especially glad that my good friend Tina was also an active member, so we could chat and see each other without our union commitments getting in the way.
The role of the union was to organize student events, for instance the end of year party or certain competitions like the annual drama contest. The biggest occasion I had a hand in was the university’s 50th Anniversary, where we threw an elaborate party, with dancers and fireworks and even some VIP guest speakers.
At first, I had little to no interest in joining the union, but prospect of seeing Tina more regularly was a real incentive for me, not to mention I thought it would look good on my résumé in the future. It turned out to be a great choice as everyone welcomed me with open arms and I made friends that I plan to keep in contact with for the rest of my life.
