雅思口語(yǔ)家中舊物范文:
經(jīng)典舊題:家中保存很久的物品Describe an old object that your family has kept for a long time.
You should say:
what it is
how your family first got this thing
how long your family has had it
and explain why it is important to your family.
滿分范文:
Ok right then, well after a bit of thought, the object that I’d like to talk about is my piano, as it’s probably the oldest thing we have in our family.
And as for how we first got it, well I’m honestly not that sure, because it’s been in the family for as long as I can remember. ButIthink I’m right in saying that my grandparents bought it, although I never actually asked them. And they passed the piano down to me, because I’m the only one of their grandchildren who plays the piano, so I feel very fortunate and grateful to have it.
Anyway, regarding the importance of it, well, simply speaking, I’d say it’s extremely important, at least for me personally, the main reason being that it has a very strong sentimental value to me. You know, whenever I play the piano, it reminds me of my grandparents, especially my grandma, who used to always play it and sing to me when I was little.
So it really means a lot to me, and although it doesn’t sound as good as a lot of pianos, I wouldn’t change it for any other! Because um, how can I put it……um… I guess what I’m trying to say is that, to me, it’s more than just a piano, you know, it’s kind of a memento and something to remember my grandparents by.
So yeah, that’s pretty much it.

In my daily life, I consider the refrigerator to be the most important machine among other equipment. Since I live alone and I have to maintain all of my tasks by myself. I really can’t imagine living without a refrigerator.
I use it every single day, for instance, I usually drink milk in the morning thus I have to take milk out from refrigerator every morning. I don’t have to share it with others since I live alone. Well, sometimes my parents will come visit me and bring some food to me, they would store the food in the fridge for me.
A refrigerator is important for me. I can store all my foods, water and cooked food inside of it. It is quite difficult for me to cook 2-3 times a day and to do grocery shopping very often, because I need to work. Whereas my refrigerator save me from doing so. Moreover, in the summertime, the temperature is high, the food is easy to be spoilage. However, the refrigerator is able to remain cool to a temperature below the room temperature and keep all the foods fresh. As a result, the rator also reduce the rate of spoilage of foods as well as prevent wasting of foods.
雅思口語(yǔ)范文:Describe a Family家庭
What is Family? How do you define a family?
People who care and love each other with a heart filled with respect .
I would define my Family as a breath of fresh air!
People who you hate most of the time, but are forced to love unconditionally :)
Bunch of people who will make you sometimes happy, sometimes sad but are always there when you need them, when you are going through good times and bad.
The ones that are there for you all your life through good and bad. they love and care for you even if you are the most hated person in the world, and always have a shoulder to lean on.
Some words to describe Family !
fun, loving, caring, compassionate, thoughtful, wonderful
exciting, joyful, protective, loving, functional
togetherness, lovable, trustworthy, funny, adventuress,
spontanious, fun filled, halarious, god's angelsm, comforting
Say something about your Family!
My maternal grandfather's ancestor came from...
My family is big and hectic, but we're always there for each other. definately protective.
Unconventional, free-spirited, slightly bonkers, and occasionally irritating. But compassionate, well-meaning and generally pretty great.
We're not wealthy in assets, but we are richest in unity and support.
Mostly we just get together for major family events.
My immediately family is kind of large and I would not consider us close, though many outsiders do. I guess we are at least rather involved in each other's lives for people to say that. However, each of us is an individual and independent of the others, so that's what makes me say that we are not close. We get along, in general, though. That is the important thing.
And even within the immediate family, we're not especially close, we just kind of sit around and have meaningless conversations, and the closest we ever come to actual 'family time' anymore is maybe sitting down to play a few argument-filled hands of Gin Rummy.
