If this restriction is introduced, the ordinary people would be deprived of their equal right to fly. Flying will then be monopolized by the privileged class.社會平等會受到影響，普通人可能不能坐飛機了，只有一些富有人群可以使用此類交通工具，出現(xiàn)壟斷現(xiàn)象。The effectiveness of this policy in improving environment is highly questionable.
