有人說(shuō)團(tuán)隊(duì)運(yùn)動(dòng)對(duì)人有利(如足球);也有人說(shuō)個(gè)人運(yùn)動(dòng)如游泳或跑步更好。雙邊討論并給出你的觀點(diǎn)。

2、思路解析

這是一道雙邊討論類的題目，討論的是團(tuán)隊(duì)運(yùn)動(dòng)和個(gè)人運(yùn)動(dòng)哪個(gè)對(duì)個(gè)人更有利。團(tuán)隊(duì)vs個(gè)人是寫(xiě)作中一定要復(fù)習(xí)的一個(gè)話題，可能會(huì)和學(xué)習(xí)、運(yùn)動(dòng)、工作還有教育相結(jié)合，因此大家可以著重準(zhǔn)備下。具體到這次的題目，整體難度不高，雙邊類題目可以自由討論雙方各自的利弊，持中立或單邊支持的立場(chǎng)。這題我們建議持中立立場(chǎng)兩個(gè)觀點(diǎn)都有武斷的地方，不適用于100%的情況。甲方：its beneficial for people to take part in team sports like football，其中benefits是很抽象的說(shuō)法，沒(méi)有考慮到不同的人情況可能不適應(yīng)團(tuán)隊(duì)運(yùn)動(dòng)。乙方：individual sports like swimming and running is better，這個(gè)better同樣也是籠統(tǒng)的表達(dá)，沒(méi)有考慮到不同的人情況，對(duì)有些人可能團(tuán)隊(duì)運(yùn)動(dòng)更合適;

首先是團(tuán)隊(duì)運(yùn)動(dòng)，其好處有兩方面，

一是參與者可以培養(yǎng)合作能力和溝通能力，團(tuán)隊(duì)運(yùn)動(dòng)需要整個(gè)團(tuán)隊(duì)一起去達(dá)成一個(gè)目標(biāo)或贏得比賽，因此需要所有成員相互配合進(jìn)行合作才能完成，這期間團(tuán)隊(duì)成員需要學(xué)會(huì)分工明確、彼此信任、共同朝著一個(gè)目標(biāo)努力。同時(shí)，個(gè)人在團(tuán)隊(duì)中勢(shì)必需要和其他人進(jìn)行溝通交流，去互相了解各自的優(yōu)劣勢(shì)、風(fēng)格等等，在不斷地溝通中，個(gè)人的溝通能力也會(huì)得到成長(zhǎng)。

二是在團(tuán)隊(duì)相處的過(guò)程中，成員能夠認(rèn)識(shí)到新的伙伴。由于大家一起訓(xùn)練、流汗、互相鼓勵(lì)并且完成目標(biāo)和分享喜悅，因此彼此之間情感也會(huì)增長(zhǎng)的更快，對(duì)于這個(gè)團(tuán)隊(duì)也會(huì)更有歸屬感。無(wú)論是新的伙伴還是正向情感，對(duì)于當(dāng)下和未來(lái)都是有益。

但是對(duì)于有的人來(lái)說(shuō)并不適合團(tuán)隊(duì)運(yùn)動(dòng)，比如本身有社交恐懼的人，讓其參與團(tuán)隊(duì)運(yùn)動(dòng)并不能使其受益反而會(huì)讓他更加心理上難受。

然后來(lái)看個(gè)人運(yùn)動(dòng)，好處有三方面

一是相比團(tuán)隊(duì)運(yùn)動(dòng)更容易開(kāi)展，特別是對(duì)于普通來(lái)說(shuō)，團(tuán)隊(duì)運(yùn)動(dòng)往往需要找到隊(duì)友甚至對(duì)手才能夠進(jìn)行，而個(gè)人運(yùn)動(dòng)則完全可以根據(jù)自己的時(shí)間和精力來(lái)進(jìn)行，不需要顧慮人數(shù)的問(wèn)題。

二是能夠更好的培養(yǎng)獨(dú)立自主的能力。因?yàn)閭€(gè)人運(yùn)動(dòng)需要一個(gè)人贏得比賽并且解決所面對(duì)的問(wèn)題，因此在這過(guò)程中可以對(duì)于個(gè)人的判斷能力、抗壓能力、處理問(wèn)題能力以及自我驅(qū)動(dòng)力的要求更高，也能夠鍛煉和提升當(dāng)事人的這些能力。

三是個(gè)人運(yùn)動(dòng)在訓(xùn)練和比賽過(guò)程中，能夠獲得更多的資源支持和關(guān)注，這對(duì)于其個(gè)人能力提升會(huì)有更多的幫助，而一旦贏得比賽，外界對(duì)個(gè)人的贊美也能使其獲得巨大的榮譽(yù)感和自信心，以及更多機(jī)會(huì)。

而個(gè)人運(yùn)動(dòng)的問(wèn)題在于，當(dāng)事人承受的壓力會(huì)更大，對(duì)于天賦一般拿不到好成績(jī)的人來(lái)說(shuō)，所能獲得心理上的成就感和滿足感，可能不如參與到團(tuán)隊(duì)所能獲得的。

Some people claim that collective athletics such as football benefit people, while others prioritize fitness activities for individuals(e.g. swimming, running). I would say both views are generalized conclusions based on particular experiences that fail to represent the entire picture.

The problem with those labeling team sports beneficial is the generalized definition of the so-called beneficial, which is an overarching concept that has to be contextualized to make sense. For the majority without special abilities, to participate in collective athletic activities such as football does help them to cultivate qualities like team spirit and sense of collaboration, making them contributive team members. However, the same collective athletics will be repulsive to those with aptitudes for specific sportspeople excellent in swimming or running might have wasted their talents if enrolled in a football or baseball team. In this respect, to render team sports advantageous seems to be too general a claim.

By the same token, the opinion to venerate individual sports over their collective counterparts is also simplistic because the benefits are not universally applicable to everyone, given the discrete condition of individuals. While athletes with innate attributes do deserve personalized athletic training to maximize their strength, the same outcome doesnt translate to mediocre ones as wellwho may feel frustrated when assigned a task beyond their ability; rather, to play a supportive role in a team makes them more confident and then facilitate a sense of achievement.

It is my conclusion therefore, it is illogical to place a higher emphasize on one athletic model as opposed to the otherwhich sport (whether team or individual) deserves higher priority is a complicated issue that hinges on participants ability.
