政府出臺相關法律政策；鼓勵開發(fā)綠色新能源。The government can encourage to develop green energies such as wind and solar，These are better alternatives because they dont produce any pollution and there is an unlimited amount of them(可用資源是無限的). The problem seems to be that it takes time and money（開發(fā)新技術需要時間和金錢） to develop new technology, but surely it is worth it in the long run（但從長遠的角度來看是值得的）。
