Take determination of change for example， those businessmen who are determined to become the iconoclasts often rise to the top in newer industries because they can catch attention of consumers and keep up with the vagaries of consumer tastes instead of obeying the traditional ways. This brings them a greater possibility to achieve success compared to their peers.
