錯誤范例1

Compulsory schooling is necessary nowadays, no matter in deeoped countries or developing countries. Because compulsory education is imperative to achieve equality in educational opportunities among the whole population. An effort should be made to ensure all children between thele age of 5 and 15 years attend some form of schooling.

解析：

because＂引導的是原因狀語從句，而后面一句則是主句。本應在原因狀語從句和主句之間用逗號隔開，而本錯句用了句號，使得 because引導的從句成了孤立出來的一部分，沒有著落。雅思考官判定為缺乏主句，從而丟分。

As a result, children have less time to communicate with their friends they are sitting in front of computers all day along.

解析：

①兩個用逗號隔開的句子其實是并列句，在第一章第二節(jié)講過并列句之間必須要用并列連詞連接，否則就是錯句。

改正方法:在兩個并列分之間加上相應的并列連詞;

②＂ all day along的筆誤。

As a result, children have less time to communicate with their friends，for they are sitting in front of computers all day long.

結果是，孩子們只有更少的時間來跟朋友們交流，因為他們一整天都坐在電腦前面。

錯誤范例2

Staring at computer screen all the times may rise the rate of short-sightedness, more and more children have to wear thick glasses.

解析：

①筆誤要避免，應是all the time，記住：錯誤越少，分數(shù)越高；

②rise＂是不及物動詞，后面不能跟賓語，要改成相應的及物動詞；

③逗號前面的句子和逗號后面的句子同樣是并列句，所以必須用并列連詞或者副詞連接，但標點符號就要變成分號或者句號。
