Do you think it is important to have a work-life balance?

Yes, of course. In my opinion, both workaholics and Hikikomoris are not that healthy mentally. If people attach so much importance on work and neglect the necessity to live a happy life, they might get too exhausted and their family may also suffer, and if people refuse to work or do not spare enough effort on work, he or she will never do
