1. When do you need to be focused?

I need to concentrate when Im working or watching TV series. But sometimes its hard for me to fully focus on something because social media is so handy and attractive these days.

2. What may distract you when youre trying to stay focused?

My cellphone. Like I always want to check my apps to see if I have any messages or scroll other peoples timelines to see if theres something interesting going on. I just couldnt help it.

3. What do you do to help you concentrate?

Usually my idea of a break from work is checking Facebook or Instagram every ten minutes, so I will just turn off the network to block social media. This actually helps me concentrate.

4. Is it difficult for you to stay focused on something?

Sometimes its hard to focus on my work. The sad fact is that it has become increasingly difficult to stay focused on the tasks because of the modern work environment. One reason is due to the fact that work interruptions are inevitable. From phone calls and emergency meetings to coworkers who want to have a chat and the latest time-sink that is social media, being interrupted at work has become part of the job.
