I’d like to talk about Bilibili, which is a video sharing website where viewers can post commentary subtitles on videos. We usually call them bullet subtitles. This is the key feature of the website. People love to watch videos on this website ‘cause it creates a chat room experience in which users feel like watching and playing together with others. And interestingly, sometimes the comments on screen are much more entertaining than the video itself.
Plus, those bullet comments are easy to post, we just need to write our thoughts in the type bar under the video, and the comments will show up on the screen, usually moving from right to left, but of course we could choose other mode. If we don’t want to be distracted by those comments, we can just turn it off.
At first, about 8 years ago, it only shared videos about anime, manga and video games, but with the fast growing number of visitors, the founders of this website decided to expand their functions. So now all kinds of high definition videos are available there, like videos about music, dancing, science, movie, drama, fashion, you name it.
And this website also provides/offers live broadcasting rooms where the host of the room is able to broadcast live and viewers could interact with the host. Usually the topic is about game strategy.
But the downside is, it can be a little bit addictive, I mean, sometimes I end up spending too much time on this website when I’m supposed to be working or studying.

范文
The complaint I am going to tell you happened a few months ago. Then I was in the middle of a financial crisis. I had to cut my budget on other aspects so that I could afford the textbooks that teachers required me to buy. After reviewing my bills, I found I had spent too much money on my cell phone. So I decided to degrade the package.
When I called the customer service of the operating company, the representative said that I could upgrade my package any time I wanted, but if I wanted to degrade it, I had to wait until next year. It was totally absurd. But no matter what I said, the staff insisted that this was the regulation and there was no room for negotiation. I called several times. Every representative gave the same answer.
I was enraged. I went to the website of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, which is a government body supervising all the mobile operating companies. I filled a form, explaining what happened in details and why I thought this was unfair. After I submitting it, the website said it would give me a reply in 7 working days.
In fact, it did not take that long. On the second day, the company’s customer service called. He said he was the manager of the relevant department and was sorry about the inconvenience his colleagues had caused. The package of my number was degraded immediately. I was satisfied with his attitude and the result.

Do you like to read news magazines?
Do you think journalists are subjective in their reports?
范文
I am crazy about an entertainment magazine that comes out every month. It has a bright, glossy cover and always contains a number of juicy articles. The magazine is a lot of fun, even though I don't believe most of the content is genuine. This magazine is extremely popular in my country and it is read by
millions of youngsters.
The magazine comes out once a month and it provides me with hours of entertainment. It has all the latest news, reviews, fashion tips and stories about the lives of stars. I buy it from a magazine stall at my school and then spend the next few hours lost in the pages.
The content is aimed at teenagers or young adults and features movie stars, singers and other entertainers. It is also jam-packed with fashion tips and photos of the latest trends. What I like most, however, is the highly-entertaining gossip pages. They make me laugh because they are so outrageous and cannot always be trusted!
I like the magazine as it represents a life so very different to reality and my own mundane life. I know that I will probably never be world famous or able to afford rich, luxury items. However, I find the makeup and fashion tips a while bucket load of fun. It is a form of escape for me and a fantasy world that provides me with a release of my stresses and anxiety.

Do you think it is necessary to give comment or criticism to teachers?
How can a teacher make learning more interesting?
范文
One of the scientific subjects that I learned in high school is physics. It is the natural science that involves the study of matter and its motion and behavior through space and time, along with related concepts such as energy and force. It is one of the most fundamental scientific disciplines, whose main goal is to understand how the universe behaves.
Of course, what I have learned was not that challenging. It was more about introduction to and simple application of these basic physical concepts, which were mainly confined in classical physics, such as three laws of thermodynamics, Newton’s laws of motion, optics and electromagnetics. But we also touch the area of quantum mechanics.
My physics teacher was a middle-aged man who was medium-sized and a little bald. Instead of directly telling us the knowledge and answers, he preferred eliciting us. First, he would let us do a few experiments and carefully observe their phenomena. Then he would ask questions like what they had in common or what the difference was, trying to make us think for ourselves and understand what the course would be about. In this way, we had a better understanding of the knowledge.
I love physics. In fact, it was my best subject back in high school. I feel I have a better understanding of how the world works through it.
