Good morning, ladies and gentlemen! It is really my honor to have this opportunity for an interview. I hope I can make a good performance today. I'm confident that I can succeed. Now I will introduce myself briefly. I am 26 years old, born in Shandong province. I graduated from Qingdao University. My major is electronics. And I got my bachelor degree after my graduation in the year of 2003. I spent most of my time on study, and I’ve passed CET-6 during my university. And I’ve acquired basic knowledge of my major. 1.注意英語時態(tài)的變化運用
應(yīng)聘者在參加英語面試前大都作過充分的語言知識的準(zhǔn)備與練習(xí)。那么在眾多的英語語法規(guī)則中為什么要單獨強(qiáng)調(diào)時態(tài)的運用呢?其一是因為由于和漢語的表達(dá)習(xí)慣不同，這是一個口語中極其常見的錯誤。但同時來說，時態(tài)又是比較基本的語法點，一旦用錯，會讓面試官對面試者的英語能力產(chǎn)生質(zhì)疑。其二是因為在面試過程中，往往會涉及到很多關(guān)于個人經(jīng)歷，教育背景，工作經(jīng)驗，職業(yè)規(guī)劃等方面的問題，因此在表述某件事情或是某個想法的時候，一定要注意配合正確的時態(tài)，否則就會造成差之毫厘，失之千里的后果。
2.尊重個人及文化差異
任何面試都帶有一定程度的主觀性。也就是說面試官是否欣賞你也可能成為后的決定性因素。因此在英語面試的過程中，應(yīng)當(dāng)盡量避免由于對英語語言的駕馭能力不足，而引發(fā)的不敬甚至冒犯。具體而言，主要有兩種做法要特別注意避免。首先是要避免使用過于生僻的單詞，或是地方俚語之類接受群體相對比較小的表達(dá)方式。因為這種表達(dá)方式很有可能造成聽者的困惑與曲解。其次則是要避免過多，過于主觀地談及宗教文化或時事政治方面的問題。不少面試者出于第一項提到的急于展示英語水平的目的，或是想給面試官留下深刻印象的目的，常常會犯這個錯誤。
3.以英語為載體，展示工作才能
與英語考試的口試不同，面試人員通常是由航空公司的人事主管，空乘部門主管或公司高層組成，他們更關(guān)心和器重的是你的專業(yè)知識和工作能力，而英語此時只是一種交流工具，或者說是你要展示的眾多技能中的一種，因此要切忌為說英語而說英語，有些人就怕自己的英語減分，為了希望給面試官留下英語水平高的印象，常常會大量的使用事先準(zhǔn)備好的花哨的詞匯及句式，而真正針對面試官所提問題的、與工作有關(guān)的個人見解卻很少。后除了得到一句英語不錯的夸獎之外，恐怕很難有理想的收獲。
