巴院的王牌專業(yè)：建筑，建筑設(shè)計，景觀，城規(guī)
architecture march ﹙arb/riba part 2﹚ full-time over a perio of two acaemic years.
architectural esign march full-time: one year, taught over 12 months
lanscape architecture ma/mla mla full-time, two years，ma full-time, one year
urban esign march full-time: one year, taught over 12 months
作為巴院的王牌專業(yè)，以上四個專業(yè)在申請上除了需要提供作品集以外，學(xué)校還會根據(jù)學(xué)生提供的作品集情況安排面試。
根據(jù)18/19申請統(tǒng)計，architecture march 總申請人數(shù)有835人，拿到offer的學(xué)生135人，實(shí)際入讀人數(shù)109人次;architectural esign march總申請人數(shù)有629人，拿到offer的學(xué)生313人，實(shí)際入讀人數(shù)118人;lanscape architecture mla總申請人數(shù)60人，拿到offer的學(xué)生21人，實(shí)際入讀16人;march urban esign總申請人數(shù)534人，拿到offer的學(xué)生226人，實(shí)際入讀人數(shù)85人;ma lanscape architecture總申請人數(shù)69，實(shí)際拿到offer的學(xué)生24人，入讀學(xué)生11人。
錄取要求方面，除了之前說到的需要提供好的作品集和面試以外，建議學(xué)生專業(yè)背景最好是建筑相關(guān)專業(yè)或者園林等設(shè)計類專業(yè)，國內(nèi)211或者985院校學(xué)生建議均分80+，雙非院校學(xué)生建議均分85+，英本學(xué)生建議均分60+。如果有相關(guān)的工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)，會有助于申請。
巴院申請量最多的專業(yè)：msc project an enterprise management
作為巴院申請量最多的專業(yè)，每年的申請量到底有多少呢?根據(jù)18/19申請統(tǒng)計，申請人數(shù)達(dá)到1855人，共計發(fā)放offer 166人，實(shí)際入讀人數(shù)117人。而且每年申請人數(shù)都是保持著不斷遞增的趨勢。申請費(fèi)也由最初的￡75漲到了￡150。

入學(xué)要求：the normal minimum qualifications are a lower secon-class bachelor＇s egree from a uk university or an overseas qualification of an equivalent stanar.
英本的話最低要求是達(dá)到2:2就行，但是實(shí)際有拿到offer的學(xué)生大部分都是2:1+，國內(nèi)學(xué)生的要求一般是211和985院校最低80+，但是實(shí)際有拿到offer的學(xué)生大部分都是85+。另外，該專業(yè)有可能會進(jìn)行電話面試，這個是比較關(guān)鍵的點(diǎn)，不是所有學(xué)生都需要面試。
巴院申請要求比較低的專業(yè)：msc igital innovation in built asset management
作為巴院17年新開設(shè)的專業(yè)，msc igital innovation in built asset management專業(yè)的錄取要求：a minimum of a secon-class bachelor＇s egree from a uk university, or an overseas qualification of an equivalent stanar.
簡單來說這個專業(yè)可以接受任何專業(yè)背景，對211或者985院校的錄取要求最低均分80+，對于英本學(xué)生的要求二等二，建議均分至少55+。
對于ps的寫作要求：
personal statement: as part of your application you shoul inclue a personal statement. please use the statement to tell us: what o you consier to be one of your key strengths that is relevant to the msc in igital innovation in built asset environment ﹙up to 300 wors﹚? tells us about an experience that helpe you evelop this strength in the past an why an how the msc in igital innovation in built asset management will help you evelop it in the future ﹙up to 300 wors﹚?
根據(jù)18/19申請統(tǒng)計，一共有294人遞交申請，實(shí)際拿到offer人數(shù)77人，最終入讀人數(shù)49人。

以上三個專業(yè)建議學(xué)生最好有2年以上相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)，211或者985院校建議均分80+，雙非院校學(xué)生建議均分85+。對于英本學(xué)生的要求二等二，建議均分至少55+。
根據(jù)18/19的招生情況統(tǒng)計，construction economics an management msc專業(yè)一共有673人遞交申請，實(shí)際拿到offer人數(shù)181人，實(shí)際入讀102人;infrastructure investment an finance msc專業(yè)一共有226人遞交申請，實(shí)際拿到offer人數(shù)33人，確認(rèn)入讀15人;strategic management of projects msc專業(yè)共有197人遞交申請，拿到offer人數(shù)32人，確認(rèn)入讀20人。
