Section 1：思考能力
包含32道多選題（其中16道題考察Problem Solving，16道題考察Critical Thinking），共60分鐘，不可使用計算器。
Section 2：科學(xué)知識與應(yīng)用
包含27道多選題（其中生物7題，化學(xué)7題，物理7題，數(shù)學(xué)6題），共30分鐘，不可使用計算器，考生需要達(dá)到GCSE/IGCSE水平。
Section 3：寫作任務(wù)
三選一作答，共30分鐘，通常要求考生就某一引用或論點給出回應(yīng)，同時需要考生解釋、分析自己為什么支持或反對某個論點。
寫作任務(wù)題目示例:
1. People are often motivated to deny the existence of problems if they disagree with the solutions to those problems. Explain what you think is meant by the statement. Present a counter-argument. To what extent do you agree with the statement?

4. The LNAT is designed to test your intellectual abilities rather than your knowledge about a particular subject. There are no facts to learn and no lessons to revise in preparation for the test. Instead you should concentrate on exercising the relevant parts of your brain, and on familiarising yourself with the test format.
Section B：論文題
包含1篇小論文的寫作（主題為三選一，字?jǐn)?shù)上限為750字，通常答500~600字即可），共40分鐘。
