專業(yè)整體分析
人力資源這個(gè)專業(yè)大致分為兩個(gè)方向:
人力資源管理(HumanResource Management)和
國際人力資源管理(International Human ResourceManagement)。
人力資源管理專業(yè)培養(yǎng)具備管理、經(jīng)濟(jì)、法律及人力資源管理等方面的知識(shí)和能力,能在事業(yè)單位及政府部門從事人力資源管理以及教學(xué)、科研方面工作的工商管理學(xué)科專門人才。
相較而言,人力資源管理專業(yè)的實(shí)際操作性較強(qiáng),課程能夠讓同學(xué)接觸到人力資源領(lǐng)域涉及的方方面面問題:而國際人力資源管理專業(yè)則注重宏觀戰(zhàn)略和全球人力資源問題。
課程設(shè)置
英國大學(xué)的人力資源管理專業(yè)主要分三個(gè)方向:
Human ResourceManagement(HRM)
Human Resource Development(HRD)
Human ResourceOrganisation(HRO)
所涉及到的課程內(nèi)容主要有:人力資源規(guī)劃、招聘與配置、培訓(xùn)與開發(fā)、績效管理、薪酬管理、勞動(dòng)關(guān)系管理六個(gè)方面。
就業(yè)前景
可以選擇在企業(yè)或事業(yè)單位從事HR、培訓(xùn)、咨詢、考核、獵頭等工作,就業(yè)崗位比如人事主管、人力資源專員、行政助理、招聘專員等等。HR在企業(yè)主要負(fù)責(zé)的是人員招聘、員工培訓(xùn)、績效管理、員工關(guān)系維護(hù)等,影響到公司的整體發(fā)展。
院校推薦&申請(qǐng)要求
首先,我們要知道一個(gè)認(rèn)證—CIPD (TheChartered Institute of Personnel and Development,英國人力資源協(xié)會(huì)),是從事人力管理和發(fā)展職業(yè)專業(yè)人士的組織。
英國部分大學(xué)的HR專業(yè)擁有CIPD認(rèn)證,在英國受到 CIPD認(rèn)證的HR課程含金量是非常高的。這個(gè)認(rèn)證對(duì)于回國進(jìn)入外企工作或者留英就業(yè)都非常有優(yōu)勢(shì)。當(dāng)同學(xué)順利完碩士課程以及CIPD的所有內(nèi)容,可以自動(dòng)成為CIPD的成員,獲取申請(qǐng)認(rèn)證的資格。
