答案解析：雖然這道題我們很難事先根據(jù)題干判斷出空上應(yīng)該填一個(gè)百分比，但2008年提示相當(dāng)明顯，再加上lower與reduce的同義替換，以及12.5%的重讀，確定答案并不是很困難。

對(duì)應(yīng)原文：also recycling reduces greenhouse gas emissions from landfill sites and incineration plants.
