Task 1

In college, some students tend to regularly review their notes, while others like to review their notes just before tests. State your choice and explain why.

Task 2

Reading:

建議 summer 上課，加快進度，三年就能獲得 undergraduate degree，這樣可以 start to establish career earlier and save money。

Listening: disagree

原因 1：這樣教授不夠好，一些 professor 只在秋季上課，因此會沒有最好的教學資源;

原因 2：這樣并不會省錢。一樣要上這些課，交這些錢。而且還要為暑假的課付錢，summer rent 也挺貴的，最后時間少了錢也差不多。

Task 3

Reading ：

關于用戶宣傳。可以先讓用戶使用新產(chǎn)品，然后把他們說這個產(chǎn)品如何好的話語放在廣告里，從而促進人們買它。

Listening ：

舉了個運動公司的例子，就是用 video 讓人們說他們的產(chǎn)品特別好，并放在廣告和 tv 里。還有一個 girl 去穿新產(chǎn)品，然后說它特別好，廣告播出后，好多人買它。

Task 4

海洋動物 stop reproduction at an early age 的原因：

1.繁衍少了，競爭也少了;

2.可以有更多時間去教下一代覓食等技巧。

Reading ：

thick-head dinosaur 為什么有 dome?

1. 用于 identify 同類;

2. 用于 battle，像 big horn sheep 的角一樣;

3. sexual ornaments，用于吸引潛在的 mates，dome 越大吸引力越大。

Listening ：disagree

1. related species 也有，因此 domes are not unique enough for dinosaurs to recognize each other;

2. Domes are fragile，容易碎成 pieces;

3. dome 大小只和年齡有關，越成熟 dome 就越大，和 sex 無關。
