Some people hold a view that shops should be prohibited from selling unhealthy food and beverages.While this viewpoint is justifiable to some extent,I believe that these types of food could be displayed in the market.

一些人認(rèn)為應(yīng)該禁止商店出售不健康的食物和飲料。雖然這一觀點(diǎn)有些道理，但我認(rèn)為這些類型的食物應(yīng)該被擺放在市場(chǎng)上。

食物對(duì)健康的影響

The first and foremost reason why unhealthy food and drinks should be banned is that they lead to deterioration in health.Science has proven that people who eat food that has a minimum quantity of nutrients and a high amount of harmful contents can have higher chances of developing some chronic illnesses such as heart diseases,diabetes,some forms of cancer and obesity.Therefore,imposing a ban on selling unhealthy foods or drinks could bar the body from potential health concerns as well as reduce the medical costs which are paid by the public health centres in the long run.

不健康的食物和飲料應(yīng)該被禁止的首要原因在于，它們導(dǎo)致人們健康水平下降?？茖W(xué)證明所吃食物含有較少營養(yǎng)物質(zhì)和大量有害物質(zhì)的人更容易染上諸如心臟病、糖尿病、癌癥和肥胖等慢性疾病。因此，對(duì)售賣不健康的食物或飲料施加限制能夠保護(hù)身體遠(yuǎn)離潛在的健康問題，并降低醫(yī)療費(fèi)用。而這筆費(fèi)用從長(zhǎng)期倆看是由公共健康中心承擔(dān)的。

However,unhealthy food shouldn’t be banned for some reasons.As many people today lead a hectic lifestyle,it would mean that not all could have enough time to enjoy a proper meal that is rich in nutrients and vitamins.They have no choice but to eat hamburgers or pizza to gain some energy and continue working,although they are fully aware of its potential health-damaging consequences.Secondly,many big fast-food companies such as McDonald’s and KFC contribute a significant part to the economy of a country.If governments did not allow them to sell any fast food,it would lead to some serious drawbacks,such as the negative impact on national GDP or the rise of the unemployment rate.

然而，出于以下原因，不健康的食物不應(yīng)該被禁止。因?yàn)樵S多人如今過著異常繁忙的生活，不是所有人都有足夠的時(shí)間來享受富有營養(yǎng)和維生素的食物。他們除了吃漢堡包和披薩以獲取能量，繼續(xù)工作之外別無選擇，即便他們完全清楚這些食物潛在的健康危害。其次，許多大型快餐公司對(duì)一個(gè)國家的經(jīng)濟(jì)至關(guān)重要。如果政府不允許它們售賣任何快餐的話，將導(dǎo)致一些嚴(yán)重的后果，比如影響一個(gè)國家的GDP，或造成失業(yè)率上升。

In conclusion,eating a moderate amount of junk food is acceptable and the government should propose some policies that controlled these kinds of food consumed in shops.

因此，吃適量的垃圾食物完全可以接受，政府應(yīng)該推出一些政策控制這些食物的消耗。
