I am going to tell you a picture of a little boy at 5 or 6 years old.In it,he was holding a Xun,an egg-like musical instrument against his mouth and trying hard to blow it.You can tell from his red face that he had made every effort.But his face was full of confusion and disappointment.Obviously,he did not succeed.

我要告訴你一張5,6歲小孩的照片。照片里，他正拿著塤靠在嘴邊，一種蛋型的樂(lè)器，努力吹它。你可以從他紅色的臉蛋上看出他已經(jīng)盡了全力。但他滿(mǎn)臉的疑惑和失望。顯然，他沒(méi)有成功。

I took the picture when I was wandering on a street selling various antiques and handicrafts in Xi’an,a historical city,which used to be the capital of 13 dynasties.I was passing a stall specializing in traditional Chinese musical instruments.Then I noticed this little boy.He was imitating the stall keeper’s behavior and trying to play the Xun.But no matter how hard he tried,no sound was made out.I thought the scene was quite interesting,so I took my cellphone out of my pocket and shot it.

當(dāng)我在十三朝古都西安的一條賣(mài)著各種各樣古董和手工藝品的長(zhǎng)街上游蕩時(shí)，拍的這張照片。我正路過(guò)一家專(zhuān)賣(mài)傳統(tǒng)中國(guó)樂(lè)器的攤位，那時(shí)我注意到這個(gè)小男孩。他正模仿攤主的行為，努力演奏塤。但無(wú)論他多么努力的嘗試，都沒(méi)有聲音發(fā)出來(lái)。我覺(jué)得這一場(chǎng)景很有意思。所以我從口袋里拿出手機(jī)，拍了照片。

When I returned home,I printed it out,framed it,and put it in the corner of my desk in the study.It does not take a big space but makes my empty desk more lively.

當(dāng)我回到家里，我把照片洗了出來(lái)，裝上相框，并把它放在書(shū)房書(shū)桌的一角。它沒(méi)有占用太多的地方，但讓我的空蕩蕩的書(shū)桌看起來(lái)更有活力。

I am proud of this picture because of the perfect timing I chose.The boy was holding the instrument near his ear,his face was full of confusion,and people around him were smiling kindly.Every time I saw it,it will bring me back to the street.To be honest,I have never taken such a perfect picture thereafter.

我對(duì)這一照片很自豪是因?yàn)槲宜x擇的完美時(shí)機(jī)。那個(gè)男孩拿著塤靠近耳邊，他的臉上充滿(mǎn)了疑惑，而身邊的人則在友善的笑著。每次我看到它，它都會(huì)將我待會(huì)到那條長(zhǎng)街。老實(shí)說(shuō)，從那以后，我再也沒(méi)有拍到過(guò)如此完美的照片了。
