The activity I am going to tell you about that keeps me healthy is badminton.I am a huge fan of this sport,would never miss a single game broadcasted by the TV station,and also bought a lot of professional equipment,such as specially-designed shoes,expensive rackets,and fast-dry clothes.It is kind of an indispensable part of my life.
我要告訴你的保持健康的活動是羽毛球。我是這樣運動的狂熱粉絲,從來都不會錯過電視臺轉(zhuǎn)播的比賽,也買了許多專業(yè)的設備,比如特殊設計的羽毛球鞋,昂貴的球拍,以及速干的衣服等。它就像是我生活中必不可少的一部分。
Every Sunday morning,I would book a court in the stadium near my home and call my friends to hold a small match.I choose this time because most of my friends and I still need to go to school on Saturdays and the stadium would be quite busy in the afternoons,which makes it very challenging to make a reservation.
每周日早上,我都會在家附近的體育館定個場地,打電話給朋友舉辦個小型比賽。我選擇這個時間因為我的大部分朋友和我周六都還需要上學,而體育館下午的人非常多,很難訂到場地。
We use the rules of the formal game.The person who first strikes 21 points is the winner.He or she can stay on the court while the loser would be replaced by the one who has been sitting on the bench.In this way,everyone has an opportunity to play and even the best player cannot hold the position too long due to his/her limited stamina.

Badminton is quite an intensive activity.With constant running,lunging,diving,and hitting,it burns fat significantly.Moreover,as a student who always needs to sit in front of the desk or the computer to finish my homework,it also saves me from a sedentary lifestyle and allows me to relax the muscle on my back and neck.
羽毛球是一項十分激烈的運動,在跑動,起步,魚躍和擊球時會燃燒大量的脂肪。此外,作為一名需要長期坐在書桌或者電腦前完成作業(yè)的學生,它也將我從靜態(tài)的生活方式中拯救出來,讓我可以放松背部和脖子的肌肉。
