(man) A lot of people would probably want to replace theirs with the latest version.

這段聽力信息描述了電子書的問題：會壞，會有新的版本，會被置換，而這筆開銷會逐年累積。也就是表明電子書其實并不省錢。

(woman) well, this thing is pretty small. It’s only about 18 or 20 centimeters tall.
