學英語的意義

There is no doubt that English is the most widely used language. In China, students have to learn it since they enter the primary school, even in some families, parents will hire tutors to help improve their children’s English level. The meaning of learning English is obvious.

不可否認，英語是使用最廣泛的語言。在中國，學生自從進入小學后就開始要學習英語了，甚至在一些家庭中，父母會雇家教來幫助他們的小孩提高英語水平。學習英語的意義是顯而易見的。

First, we need to keep pace with the time. When everybody is speaking English, if we don’t follow them, then we will be kicked out. Today, the world is globalized, people seek for cooperation, especially for the business. Mastering the English provides people chances to do the business and enlarge their business.

首先，我們需要與時俱進。當每個人都在說英語的時候，如果我們無法跟上潮流，就會被淘汰。今天是全球化的世界，大家都在尋求合作，特別是商務方面。掌握英語給商務提供了機會，擴大的業(yè)務范圍。

Second, English as the common language provides people the stage to understand each other. When I travel abroad, I like to talk to the local people. No matter which country I go, everybody admits to communicate in English. We learn each other’s culture and talk happily. As I master English, I can go anywhere, communication is not the problem to stop me.

第二，英語作為通用語言為人們之間相互理解提供了舞臺。我出國旅游的時候，我喜歡和當?shù)厝私涣?。無論我去哪個國家，大家都默認用英語交流。我們了解彼此的文化還聊得很開心。因為我掌握了英語，所以我可以去任何地方，溝通完全不是阻擋我的障礙。

As English is so important and practical, we should learn as much as we could, so as to make better preparation for our future.

It is known to all that women live longer than men generally, because men are under much pressure than women, but a research found that character also had influence on life span. There were over 200 people who were older than 100 took the experiment and the result showed that people who were outgoing lived longer.

眾所周知，女性通常比男性長壽，因為男人比女人壓力更大，但研究發(fā)現(xiàn)，性格也影響壽命。超過100歲的200個人參與了實驗，結(jié)果表明，外向的人壽命更長。

The conclusion of the experiment helpes people to cultivate the good character. The one who is sympathetic and more likely to cooperate with others have lived longer. It is easy to understand the reason. He likes to share happiness and sorrow with his friends. When he is in trouble, many friends will come to help him. So he live with less pressure.

So in the family, as parents’ behaviors have great influence on their children, they will decide what character their children will have. The parents who are open-minded and optimistic will lead the kids to a bright future and live happily and longer.

所以在一個家庭中，父母的行為對孩子有很大的影響，他們的行為將會決定孩子的性格。父母開明，樂觀的心態(tài)會使孩子們有一個美好的未來，生活也會更幸福。

Character can’t decide people’s fate, but we can learn to make some changes and to be a better person. A healthy man means both physically and mentally healthy.

愛情與年齡

People always play the joke that love is nothing to do with the age, weight and height. But it is normal for an older man to fall in love with the a young girl, while it is criticized for an older woman to fall in love with a young boy. As far as I am concerned, love is equal in front of two people who love each other.

人們總是開玩笑說，愛是與年齡、體重和身高無關。一個年長的男人愛上了一個年輕的女孩在人們眼中是正常的，但是一個年長的女人愛上了一個年輕的男孩卻會遭到人們的批判。在我看來，愛在兩個相愛的人面前是平等的。

In people’s eyes, they will applause for the older man who marries a young girl, because they think the man is such capable. They accept the idea that love is nothing to do with the age. When the situation comes to women, people will look down upon their relationship and speak ill of it. It seems that love has something to do with age.

在眾人眼中，他們會把掌聲送給一個年長的男人娶了一個年輕的女孩，因為他們認為他是有能力的人。他們接受愛情與年齡無關這個說法。但是當主角換成是女性的時候，人們會看不起這段關系，并且惡言相向。這樣看起來，愛情與年齡有關。

There are so many couples show the good example of women can married a person who is younger than them and they live happily. On the contrary, the young couples get the high divorce rate, but the media only cover the former situation, which brings pressure to the women.

有很多夫妻樹立了女人可以嫁給比自己年輕的而且還能幸福地生活的榜樣。相反，年輕夫婦有著高離婚率，但是媒體只報道前面的情況，給女性帶來了不少壓力。

There is no doubt that true love happens when a couple loves each other with their hearts, age is not the problem.

毫無疑問，真正的愛情發(fā)生在全心全意相愛的情侶間，而年齡并不是問題。
