1. 閱讀問題，完成介紹段

對(duì)于所有雅思小作文的題目，第一步始終是認(rèn)真讀題，流程圖也不例外。在真正理解了題目的含義后，才能將其進(jìn)行同義改寫，用自己的話寫一段介紹。

先讀流程圖的標(biāo)題，然后再查看具體的圖形，以大致了解圖片所描述的內(nèi)容。這樣才能從中摘出一些信息，更加有效的完成介紹段。

例如：The diagram shows process of producing chocolate in the factory.

可以將其寫成：The given process chart illustrates the process by which chocolate is produced in the factory, in ten steps from growing of trees to producing liquid chocolate.

2. 完成兩個(gè)主體段

為了更好地描述流程圖，一般要寫兩個(gè)主要部分。如果總共有 10 個(gè)步驟，可以在第一個(gè)正文段落中描述前 5 個(gè)，然后在第二個(gè)正文段落中描述后五個(gè)。有一種說法，盡量在這個(gè)過程中使用被動(dòng)語態(tài)，看起來更好。

主動(dòng)語態(tài)：Crush the leaves and put them in a container. Boil them for about an hour in water and then add honey in it.

被動(dòng)語態(tài)：The leaves are first crushed and put in a container where they are boiled in water for about an hour. Afterward，honey is added in the boiled mixture.

3. 寫出概括段

雅思寫作小作文中明確要求要有概括的存在，流程圖也是如此。概括段的位置既可以在介紹段之后也可以放在最后，兩個(gè)位置沒有區(qū)別，按照自己的寫作習(xí)慣就行了，其應(yīng)該包括整個(gè)過程的結(jié)果，以及它的概述。

例如：“To conclude with, different processes are used between stage 2 and stage 4 to form by-products. However, stage 1 and stage 5 are the common steps involved in the manufacturing process.”
