Even though it cost me all of my savings, it was worth it and, actually, it changed my life. I used to just lie around on my bed playing with my phone but now I go out on adventures all the time.

I have met some really interesting people and have made some cool videos. I have even learnt how to edit too. Thats why I think I made the right decision.

比如，染頭發(fā)。染頭發(fā)可以改變一個人的氣質(zhì)，同時它也會讓一個對生活充滿更多的熱情。在我染頭發(fā)之前，我就是一個非常邋里邋遢的人，我每天渾渾噩噩的生活，蓬頭垢面的工作?？僧斘覔碛芯碌念^發(fā)，我開始重新化妝，重新關注自己的穿著。所以染頭發(fā)除了讓別人覺得你好看以外，更多的是讓你自己覺得生活有了值得付出時間的地方。

Example :

After many hours in the hairdressers chair, it was ready. The hairdresser showed me the mirror and I was over the moon. It was far better than I had anticipated. I soon noticed that everywhere I went people looked at my hair and commented on how much they liked it.

It boosted my confidence and gave me the motivation to go out and meet new people. I used to spend most of my weekends at home alone but now I go out all the time and I am experiencing many new things. I definitely think taking the plunge with冒險嘗試 a new colour was a good decision.

除了從生活和人的內(nèi)在著手外，你也可以從某事物本身帶來的好處著手。

比如，成為素食主義者。它可以讓你吃的更健康，同時也可以對環(huán)境保護做出一定的貢獻。

Example :

It was a good decision It was by far one of the best decisions I have ever made. My decision means that I am no longer involved in such a barbaric 野蠻的 industry.

I am helping the environment as it has devastating 毀滅性的 effects on the planet, and my diet is much healthier. I have a lot more energy and I had to learn how to cook in a different way That was over 5 years ago and I have never looked back.
