Id like to talk about dancing, that is a natural talent I want to improve. Dancing has become an important tool for recreation, entertainment, health, preserving social interactions, religious ceremonies, and also in celebrating events. I leaned dancing from kindergarten and I tried Ballet and Bachata. These classical dances help me to exercise my body well. However, during college, I had no time to continue dancing due to heavy study.

I want to improve my dancing skills because I watched a variety show for street dance last summer, I was impressed by the dancers moves. I think its full of energy and looks cool. I want to learn break dancing, hip-hop, locking and popping. These dances look more casual and fashionable. Also, I want to encourage myself to do more physical exercise during my break time.

Although I possess a natural talent for dancing, I need to hone my skill and learn something new. For that, I need to find a teacher and maybe join a dancing club. Or, I can learn from instructional videos online at my home. Proper training and guidance are a must.

I think dancing makes me feel really happy and relaxed and can give me a sense of satisfaction. Its also a stress buster for me and a great form of exercise. I forget all the worries while dancing. Maybe I can ask my colleagues or friends to participate in dancing classes together, so that we can have more communication opportunities.
