有人說(shuō)技術(shù)發(fā)展能減少犯罪，而其他人說(shuō)技術(shù)發(fā)展將鼓勵(lì)犯罪。討論雙邊觀點(diǎn)，給出你的立場(chǎng)。

思路解析

這是一道雙邊類大作文，題目不算難，討論的是科技是減少了犯罪還是增加了犯罪。雙邊討論類的題目，可以自由討論雙方各自的利弊。這道題目中雙邊觀點(diǎn)完全對(duì)立，甲方技術(shù)發(fā)展減少犯罪，而乙方認(rèn)為技術(shù)發(fā)展加劇了犯罪，我的選擇是雙邊支持，看不同情況而定。

下面月半鴨和大家一起來(lái)看下具體觀點(diǎn)。

科技的發(fā)展確實(shí)增加了許多新的犯罪手段，諸如黑客攻擊、個(gè)人信息盜用、網(wǎng)絡(luò)詐騙等，都是采用了新的技術(shù)才能實(shí)現(xiàn)。同時(shí)，罪犯可以通過(guò)跨境犯罪或是偽造IP地址，增加執(zhí)法者追查和抓捕的成本與難度，這也助長(zhǎng)了犯罪的發(fā)生。

但是，科技也起到了遏制犯罪的作用。主要從兩方面，

一是警方可以通過(guò)監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)、人臉識(shí)別、鑒證技術(shù)等增加對(duì)于罪犯的追捕和定罪能力，而對(duì)于跨國(guó)犯罪也可以通過(guò)各國(guó)的聯(lián)網(wǎng)與信息共享來(lái)共同追捕。犯罪成本的上升也能夠有效減少潛在的犯罪行為。

二是科技發(fā)展使得一些犯罪無(wú)法再進(jìn)行，比如電子支付的流行，使得人們不再帶錢包和現(xiàn)金，進(jìn)而使得扒手因?yàn)闆](méi)有偷盜目標(biāo)而消亡。

Some people assume that technology advances can escalate crimes, while others say the development serves to curb illegal activities. From my perspective, both views have their justification, depending on the viewpoints from which we see the causal mechanism.

On the one hand, there are reasons as to why some people associate technology breakthrough with increased criminal activities. For those who think in this way, they tend to assume the advent of digital tools provides would-be offenders with more opportunities to break laws, whether these be Internet fraud, or computer hacking. To complicate matters even worse, the widespread use of the Internet also makes it easier for criminals to do illegal business outside of their own countries.

While the above reasoning does have its plausibility, I also agree with the opinion that technological development can be also used to curb crimes. Whether technological advance is a curse or blessing to law breakers is the outcome of complex causal configurations that act conjointly in the real world; the same technology that exacerbates crimes may also lead to positive results when joined by other factors. Back to the computer crimes, police force can also take advantage of digital technology to track the information of offenders, e.g., their personal identification, or account information. By the same token, the Internet allows different countries to collaborate more closely in fighting cross-border crimes.

From what has been discussed above, it is my conclusion therefore, the relevance of technological progression to crimes can be considered from both positive and negative perspectives.
