The sour and spicy flavor of Lousifen is really appetizing. The secret of its sour flavor is pickled bamboo shoots which gives stimulation to your taste. The main ingredients of Luosifen are rice noodles which taste bouncy after 10 minutes boiling. Add in the various side dishes and the special Luosifen sauce will come out a fancy meal. Eating a bowl of hot and sour Lousifen and having a sip of its tangy soup in winter will make you feel warm and fresh.
