The tables below are the results of research, which exantined the average percentage marks scored by boys and girls of different ages in several school subjectSi.

Write a report for a university lecturer describing the information below.

A brief look at the tables will enable us to see that boys score highly in sports and lowly in languages, which is contrary to girls. As the tables reveal, compared with girls, boys are doing wellin science and sports during the ages of 7,10,13 and 15. Especially the scores of sports boys get increase constantly from 71% t078%- without any slump. Girls are poorer in sports but perform better in languages and geography with the same highest score of 75%, compared to the highest average marks scored by boys of 69% and 62% respectively. What's more, boys are keeping a downward trend in geography However, there is something common between boys and girls. They perform similarlyin math with an average percentage mark of around 72%.

Generally speaking, in the range of these ages, both sexes improve in their score achievem.ents and experience a slump in each subject but at different ages with the most significant point at the differences between their performances in languages and sports
