Personally, I agree with this proposal. There are two reasons.

On the one hand, requiring people to retired at 65 can leave more opportunity to young people. So it will be easier for the young to find a position.

On the other hand, being forced to retire at 65 doesn‘t mean retired people will do nothing and just stay at home. One can develop a new hobby different from his original job.
