Sample answer:

In my view, a good teacher should have different characteristics.

First, a good teacher should be faithful and dedicated to the job. If a teacher is faithful to the job, then s/he never cheats and will be impartial(偏向) and students will respect such a teacher. If a teacher is dedicated towards his/her work, then s/he will teach with his/her heart.

Another most important characteristic of a good teacher is patience.

Teachers should never lose their patience in class when students ask questions repeatedly. A teacher should explain each and every aspect of the topic in the easiest way.

Most of all, a good teacher should update his/her knowledge ‘cause further learning can make a good teacher re-discover the beauty of the teaching profession.

The person that really influenced me most was Ms. Xing---my college teacher who taught us English literature.

Her class was quite different from the other teachers. In her class we were not expected to sit there and listen. We had to get more involved in the class activities, like discussions, comments or debates sometimes. Our creativityand imagination were developed enormously through the active participation.

提升托??谡Z的前期階段,大家不妨進(jìn)行跟讀訓(xùn)練,這樣有助矯正大家的口語發(fā)音,讓我們的發(fā)音更加純正。那么具體的在練習(xí)的過程中,哪些口語素材練習(xí)起來對(duì)大家的復(fù)習(xí)更有效果呢?下面小編就為大家整理了相關(guān)的內(nèi)容,供大家參考。

留著做練習(xí)和模考。

優(yōu)點(diǎn):文章長(zhǎng)短適中,有conversation有l(wèi)ecture,也可以讓學(xué)生更熟悉考情。另外有原文script對(duì)照進(jìn)行跟讀。

缺點(diǎn):內(nèi)容比較單一不豐富,選擇性不多。

2. 根據(jù)學(xué)生自己的興趣所在,可以下載有聲讀物audio books。

我個(gè)人比較喜歡也普遍比較受同學(xué)們歡迎的是Harry Potter series,7部,英國版是Stephen Fry油炸叔念的,北美版是Jim Dale念的。(雖然我現(xiàn)在更喜歡Jim Dale版本的,因?yàn)槟畹梅浅ramatic,還是推薦大家跟讀Stephen Fry版本的,發(fā)音更加正統(tǒng)且易于模仿)

另外流行文學(xué)還可以使用the Lord of the Rings,the Hobbits系列,the Hunger Games系列,the Little Prince等等。

名著系列:The Great Gatsby,Pride and Prejudice,To kill a mocking bird,David Copperfield等等。

PS: 推薦一個(gè)很好用的有聲讀物軟件《喜馬拉雅FM》。這款軟件初期的英文讀物并不是很多,但是現(xiàn)在發(fā)展的越來越成熟,很輕易的就可以搜索到我上文所提到的所有書目的audio books。另外他還開設(shè)有“口語練習(xí)”“口語發(fā)音”等針對(duì)性節(jié)目。即使在不做跟讀的情況下,也可以把自己喜歡的英文小說做背景播放,這樣的話,刷牙洗臉洗澡刷碗等等零碎時(shí)間耳濡目染也是極好的。

如何把握托??谡Z語音語調(diào)

1.多聽

第一遍感受錄音的語音、語調(diào)。不要讀出聲音來,只要靜靜地聽、仔細(xì)地感受就可以了。

第二遍標(biāo)記單詞的重音(word stress),把耳朵聽到的每個(gè)單詞的重音標(biāo)在錄音材料原文上。

第三遍標(biāo)記所有單詞與單詞之間的連讀。

第四遍標(biāo)記句子的升調(diào)、降調(diào),要體會(huì)不同的句型所使用的語調(diào)的變化。

第五遍標(biāo)記句中的弱化,某一個(gè)音讀得比較輕,甚至都感覺不到,這個(gè)音就是被弱化了。

2.模仿

模仿大致可以分為兩個(gè)階段:

句子的模仿。先一句話一句話模仿,把每一個(gè)句子的語音語調(diào)模仿到位,關(guān)注到每個(gè)細(xì)節(jié)。

段落的模仿。把單個(gè)句子模仿好之后,就可以把一段話連起來了,模仿時(shí)要特別注意句子與句子之間的銜接。

3.朗讀背記

從發(fā)音原理來講,英語和漢語的音節(jié)組合方式大不相同,發(fā)音方式也有很大區(qū)別。中國人的發(fā)音器官實(shí)際上并不熟悉或是不適應(yīng)英語發(fā)音方式,大量的朗讀練習(xí)實(shí)際上是在訓(xùn)練發(fā)音部位,讓發(fā)音器官的肌肉適應(yīng)英語的發(fā)音體系。光是大量朗讀是不夠的,還需要練習(xí)記憶,在朗讀的時(shí)候腦袋里要在播放聽過的錄音材料。

經(jīng)過前兩步之后,錄音材料已經(jīng)深深印在學(xué)習(xí)者的腦海里了,朗讀時(shí)就可以跟著腦海里浮現(xiàn)的聲音一起進(jìn)行了。不需要再聽錄音材料,也不要把錄音上的聲音徹底扔到腦后,按自己原來習(xí)慣的方式進(jìn)行朗讀。

4.錄音對(duì)比

如果覺得自己的朗讀和錄音的確有差距,沒有讀出錄音上的那種味道,就要返回去再聽聽錄音材料,找其中的原因,做對(duì)比研究,看哪些地方不太像,再按第一步的方法標(biāo)記一次。最后要返回去聽錄音材料找到差距后,就要努力再進(jìn)行模仿,這樣循環(huán)往復(fù)一直到滿意為止。
