If we have much time to do such volunteer work, of course, all the three choices are meaningful to some extent. But when I only have limited time or just have the chance to do one thing, the dispensation of food will be my firstchoice. I would like to give him two solutions.

The first one is to reduce his workinghours because as a student the main goal is study. I think he should talk tothe manager for shorter working time to guarantee at least 7 to 8 hours sleepper day. 8 hours’ sleep is a must forhigh efficiency study.

The second one is to practice meditatingwhich is a perfect way to help improve the quality of sleep. I recommend him toclear his mind by meditating 15-20 minutes before he hits the sack. Mediationhelps reduce stress and may evenreduce cortisol levels.

(1)段子的難度要適中!比如，你不要拿GRE閱讀來(lái)練發(fā)音朗讀。要想清楚，你要做的朗讀段子練發(fā)音，而不是練閱讀理解。

(2)這個(gè)閱讀材料要有一個(gè)漂亮的音頻跟它相匹配，這樣你跟著音頻去跟讀，去朗讀。

(3)了解語(yǔ)音語(yǔ)調(diào)知識(shí)。比如說(shuō)哪些音和哪些音容易混淆。

(4)朗讀時(shí)，聲音要端坐挺胸、大聲清晰、音調(diào)準(zhǔn)確。

(5)你在讀這個(gè)東西的時(shí)候，你可以把它錄下音來(lái)，讓你周圍的朋友，英語(yǔ)發(fā)音比較好的朋友去幫你聽一聽，把你的錯(cuò)誤給你挑出來(lái)。
